When our flight arrived... - When our flight arrived and we exit the airport it was a little difficult to find the bus. There should be more description on where to get the bus.

Once we found the right... - Once we found the right bus stall, it was easy and efficient. My only complaint is that we were dropped quite a ways (a couple hundred yards) from the Roma Termini station, with no guidance on which way to go to reach it.

Pickup point not real clear - Wasn't real clear as to where we were to go to catch the bus from Termini to the airport. Signage needs to be added that clarifies pickup point

A good option to get to... - A good option to get to the airport but if you save the ticket to Apple wallet it doesn’t scan for them and are told you don’t have the correct tour. Luckily the next operator said it was them so went back and used the Viator app and then they were able to scan.

Find your QR code - The ticket that you download is not the ticket to get on the bus. There are rival companies offering the same service so no one wants to help you. All companies scanned the ticket and refused us entry to the bus. Eventually, I found the QR code with the confirmation email . This is what you need to get on the bus. Bus ride into the city was very pleasant.

Don’t use this company - Don’t use. They don’t leave on time. In the arrivals the board says five mins to departure. That’s a lie. The guys at the bus says 15 mins till we leave and that’s a lie. They just wait wait and wait for more passengers. We were 30 mins plus late leaving. Use Terrabus they left on time

We never received the return tickets bought online. SCAM company! - Be careful! Scam company. We bought the return tickets online ( 5 people) to the airport but we never received the tickets! Watch out!!

SCAMMERS EYE - CAREFUL, SCAMMERS. We had the first bus at 4:15 and at 4:00 the controller tells us that there has been a problem and that we go to the dock 1, which the company TAM (Tirreno Azienda Mobilita) was taking us. When we arrive at dock 1 we are told by the controller there that he is very sorry but that we had to pay for another ticket because they are different companies, and Schiaffini refused to refund us. They're all chupadinero mafias.
