Quick, easy, reliable - Easy to purchase, easy to locate at the FCO airport, especially being there for the first time, and easy to locate and board the shuttle. I would absolutely repurchase if I was coming back to Rome. Thank you!

Bit of a hit and miss - No issues finding the bus at the airport and we were on our way to Termini within 10 minutes. Bus a little run down, some seats were held together by seatbelts. Takes about 40-45 minutes in very busy traffic. Drop off right outside Termini. Return journey was a different story. Arrived in good time at the stop, sign said 8:10am for the bus. We waited for 30 minutes with no bus in sight and then decided to pay another firm for the ride to the airport, so €27 out of pocket. No idea if the bus ever turned up.

A good option to get to... - A good option to get to the airport but if you save the ticket to Apple wallet it doesn’t scan for them and are told you don’t have the correct tour. Luckily the next operator said it was them so went back and used the Viator app and then they were able to scan.

the worst bus experience of my life - without air conditioning the entire trip to more than 30 degrees. Inhuman. Embarrassing, I encourage you to catch him with another company that has the air conditioning of the buses fixed.

Unprofessional Staff and Misleading Ticket Sale - We had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members. We explicitly asked whether the ticket we were buying was for the bus leaving at 14:10, and were assured accordingly. However, it turned out that the ticket was actually for a bus departing 20 minutes later. When we addressed this, the staff member denied everything and claimed he had informed us beforehand, which was simply not true. What made the situation worse was his attitude — he was quite impolite and completely unwilling to help. He also refused to offer any refund or solution, which felt very unprofessional (badge number: 890794) The bus itself didn’t improve the experience either. Compared to other companies, it was quite old and had an unpleasant smell. The only positive aspect was the driver, who was friendly and polite. Overall, I would not recommend this company. There are much better and more modern alternatives available.

Nothing recommended - I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING ANY TRANSPORT OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY! I speak Italian and it is not the first trip I have made to Italy, I have never had communication problems. The commercial offers us the shuttle, I tell Fuimicino and the ticket said Fuimicino. The bus drops us off at Ciampino airport and in bad ways tells his partner on the phone that we have not read the poster and that we do not understand Italian, we were 2 different groups, we were going with a lot of time, but the other group missed the plane. No solution, verbal abuse and we solve by taking a taxi from airport to airport. They gave us the trip and we felt powerless. I plan to take it anywhere, so that at least it won't happen to anyone again. You feel helpless and unprotected. Many tourists speak English and also did not have professionals to give us a proper service. A real purpose that damages the image of the city of Rome.

Poor end to a great holiday. - The bus left 13 minutes before the scheduled time, leaving us stranded at Termini at 11pm. When we finally found a member of staff to speak to, the coach driver was harsh and abrasive on the phone to a colleague, thinking that we didn’t understand what he was saying in Italian. Completely unreliable service and not worth the 16€ we paid.

Don’t use this company - Don’t use. They don’t leave on time. In the arrivals the board says five mins to departure. That’s a lie. The guys at the bus says 15 mins till we leave and that’s a lie. They just wait wait and wait for more passengers. We were 30 mins plus late leaving. Use Terrabus they left on time
