Make sure to find the indoor pool! - Getting there from Naples was harder than welcome anticipated as it involved a rail replacement bus connection but it was worth it when we arrived. We explored the outdoor pools first, feet nibbling fish in one and mud at the next with a 'greenhouse' to sit in to let the mud dry!! Signage wasn't great and we nearly didnt find the natural thermal pool and sauna inside th3 building. This was definitely the highlight. Beware though, bathing hats compulsory at the indoor pool and we were stopped but reception very kindly gave us one each.

Day at the spa not far from the heart of Naples - Nero's Stoves are the right place to get lost and forget the city routine. The right place to take care of yourself, suitable for all ages. You can lose yourself among the thermal water pools, saunas, natural mud ponds and treat yourself to a nice relaxing massage. We spent a wonderful day with the family and it was great fun to cover ourselves with mud. Do not underestimate the quality of the restaurant that offers a wide choice for all tastes, with a pizzeria with a very good wood oven. Not to be missed if you pass through Naples and surroundings.

Relax in the city - The structure is perhaps a bit dated but is an oasis of peace and relaxation not far from the city. Excellent services and cleanliness. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable.

Relaxing moment - Restful setting. The antique part lacks maintenance (hygiene). We ate at the bar (salad with bresaola and eggplant baked pasta), we were disappointed with the meal. If we had known, we would have had our lunch box.

Disappointing - I have been to these spas in Bacoli and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The attractions are few and I did not find an adequate level of cleanliness: the tiles of the only indoor pool were dirty, with evident greenish halos. Another aspect that bothered me a lot was the attitude of a gentleman on staff who kept repeating insistently “silence, shut up”. I understand that it is a place dedicated to relaxation, but the way of asking was excessive and unpleasant, almost like going back to elementary school. The hot tub was full of people, practically impossible to get into. In general, besides the lower and upper tubs, there is not much else that justifies the experience. The relaxation room is nice, but the deckchairs are few compared to the large number of customers present. Positive note for the restaurant guys, very helpful and kind, although the food is average and not particularly noteworthy. Overall, an experience that did not meet expectations. 40 euros thrown away.

Experience that I would not recommend! - We stayed on a Saturday in October. The entrances were numerous, to the point that it was difficult to find free sunbeds or deckchairs. These were placed next to each other, so there was no privacy. The rooms, even the quiet areas, were noisy, due to the rumors of the many people, some of whom had not even silenced their cellphones. Even the indoor and outdoor pools were always full of people. The outdoor areas were also full of flies and midges. We did not have the impression of being in a thermal park where to regenerate, but in a water park. The typical sounds of spa environments were missing, as well as no attention is paid to the need to insert appropriate seating, typical of any spa or spa park. The only positive note, homemade desserts. The organization overall is highly approximate and despite the low cost of the entrance fee (40 euros per person), I would not recommend it!

A disappointing experience - The Terme Stufe di Nerone were a great disappointment for us. The rooms are very neglected and dirty. I've seen a lot of rusty doors, the park unkept, all a little arranged. The pools were dirty and the hot tubs were also very dirty. We paid 40 euros each but unfortunately we did not even take a bath... the outdoor pool had all the green walls, something never seen. The structure was a maze and the locker rooms uncomfortable. The only nice setting was the break room. I'm sorry, I visited many spas but these were really neglected.
