Good Trip - Very easy to redeem your voucher at the airport. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Gave good directions to the bus. It is outside of the airport, about a three minute walk. Keep going Bus ride is incredible. As you leave, be on the right side of the bus going to Sorrento. Fantastic views

Great option! - I am so grateful I found this shuttle transfer, I was flying alone and it was my first time flying into Naples and needed to travel to sorrento to meet with family. I was nervous as my Italian is not the best but my contact at the tour place had sent me a what's app the day prior, texted me to make sure I found the shuttle bus, and when I was a bit lost exiting the airport had reassured me with great directions and comforted me. Ilenia, thank you for being so wonderful and for helping me get to my destination with ease.

Naples Airport shuttle to Sorrento - Make sure you pre-book to guarantee a seat on the bus. Some people tried to buy a ticket at the bus but had to wait until the scheduled bus departure time to see if there were any spare seats or wait another hour for the next bus to do the same again

Hard to find the bus. - We were delayed 6 hours in France and frantic. I called the operator and she that would be no problem. It was kind of hard to find the bus. When we did the driver was courteous. I felt he was a safe driver. Bus clean

Good bus transfer service but book direct - Cheaper (nearly half the price) to book directly with bus company Curreri or book on the bus itself if spaces/not busy time. The bus pick up stop is a good 5 minutes walk away from the terminal - go straight out of building and walk at least 500m straight along main road and stop is just before roundabout on right.

The pickup location was... - The pickup location was not well explained at airport. They indicated it was just a short distance outside of baggage claim. It was actually quite a long ways and fortunately there were numerous persons along the way to ask.

Dissatisfied - The worst experience ever. If I could I will give minus 5 stars. Easy to buy a tickets, company took the money no problem, when we arrived to our destination nobody knows where bus stop is, range the company and I was told contact provider of the bus for tickets. So I paid for tickets to one company but had to rang to another company for tickets? What a joke. Overpriced and very bad service. Bus to our final destination was half price. Don’t bother to use this company.

Naples Airport info desk... - Naples Airport info desk - no clear direction to obtain bus tickets. Driver was not interested in answering any questions. Viator cost is double in comparison with purchasing tickets on bus.

Bad Hertz experience at Naples airport - An awful Hertz experience. I had booked a car in advance, I called Hertz I was going to be late, they said "No problem!". Yet, when I arrived to pick up the car, they prétended my réservation was cancelled and forced me to accept another car, obviously more expensive. For sure j will never ever use Hertz again!
