Friendly, informative, and fun! - Roberta was FANTASTIC! Our whole family (kids AND adults) loved her tour, her information, and her friendliness. And she was so helpful when there was a mixup at the Pompei entrance gate. We will recommend Roberta and Mondo wherever we go!

Private Tour Of Pompeii for 4 people - We had an exceptional experience with our tour guide Manuela and driver Eduardo during our trip to Pompeii. They were fabulous—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and engaging. Manuela’s insights brought the history of Pompeii to life, and Eduardo’s careful driving ensured our comfort and safety throughout the journey. Their kindness and consideration made the entire day even more enjoyable. We are very thankful for their excellent service and dedication. We sincerely hope this review reaches them and that they know how much we appreciated their efforts. Highly recommended!

Gianluca is an excellent guide (thanks Mondo Guides!!) - Gianluca was an extremely good guide (arranged by Mondo Guides). 2 hours tour covered highlights well. Wished we had the time for a longer tour. Pompei is absolutely amazing. Mondo Guides was an excellent source to arrange all our tours across Sicily, Amalfi and southern Italy.

Best guide for Pompeii - Manuela was awesome. Amazing energy and knowledge. She is extremely personable and funny as well. As we would say we got on “like a house on fire.” I would advise friends to ask for her specifically if possible.

Just fantastic tour and transfer! Cannot recommend highly enough! - Our private transfers for our group of 12 from the cruise ports to Pompeii and back were excellent - very affordable, clear and a wonderful opportunity for our fantastic guide Luca and driver Daniele to share history and make us laugh. Luca led us through express lines for entry and then guided us through a truely magical experience throughout Pompeii. It was the highlight of the entire Italy trip and I cannot recommend this team and this tour more highly!

Great day touring Pompeii! - We had an incredible experience with Freddy! From the moment the tour began, it was clear we were in good hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had a real passion for the history of the site. Without her we would have missed the orginal street markings, ancient "fast food" sites and other highlights. Highly recommend booking a tour with Mondo Tours and Freddy

Pompeii Brought to Life - Our visit to Pompeii with our four grandchildren was very special. Manuela did an excellent job of bringing meaning to this most important archaeological site. In short, she brought this most complex place to life. She did this so well, despite the different generations of the group ( 2 senior citizens and 4 young people, ages 17 to 21 ) she was guiding. She is a special person and she helped us realize that the people of Pompeii, who experienced the terrible tragedy 2000 years ago, were just like us. They loved and laughed and cried just like we do. Some of them were wealthy and others were slaves of the wealthy ones. In the end, they were all people doing their best to survive and have a happy life, just like us. Our compliments to Manuela. She loves history and she loves bringing the story of Pompeii to life. History is not just a story of the past. It is a window into ourselves and how we treat each other. Manuela communicates this with knowledge and passion for her work. It was only two hours but she made it so very special.
Fabio, our driver, met us right on time and got us safely to Pompeii from the Naples cruise port and back in a very comfortable Mercedes vehicle. The morning tour worked well for us, because it gave us time to have pizza in Napoli and do a little shopping before returning to our ship.

Awesome Private Boat Tour to Capri - A private boat picked us up from our hotel dock!! Our boat was gorgeous (38 ft) and fast!! Best part was our Captain Marco!

Be careful - this tour is a scam and Viator is unwilling to refund - The tour description is misleading in every aspect
Instead of a private luxury tour it was a public basic tour.
Tour left 1 hour later than indicated leaving less time on Capri
No direct ferry to Capri but with a stop in Positano in both directions again leaving less time on Capri
No private car on arrival as booked and paid for, but use of public taxis with long waiting times
No luxury boat but a very basic boat with no seats, no shade, no drinks
Viator refused to refund despite of valid concerns.
