Pushy People, but nice once on the bus - Hop on Hop off bus tour is a great way to see a lot of sites with going place to place. However, the organization and signage at pick up sites could use some work. People just gather and butt in line.

more time along the beach or coast, better tour guide in the ruins, tour guide who is not sick. My niece got sick after - Lemoncillo free time is good as well as the selected restaurant for lunch. Trip to the ruins is good

Cheap overall view of Naples - This bus tour was better than expected. The times were accurate and it was an excellent and inexpensive way to get a feel for Naples and surrounding areas. It’s not in any way handicap accessible starting with big step up onto the bus, then steep stairs to roof of the bus where most of the seating was located. The commentary by headphones worked well, even though it was much nimble information. A big complaint is the bus announced the stop by our hotel just as we arrived there, but didn’t stop. So we had to exit at the next stop a mile walk back. I would still recommend but be careful to ask driver about required stop in advance.

Traffic, infrequent pick ups at the stops and packed buses - I don’t like to give a negative review but between the traffic, infrequent pick ups at the stops and packed buses - you can’t really “hop on” without a ridiculously long wait, ultimately waiting for another bus to come (up to a half a hour later). We hopped off on the seventh stop, waited twice at two different stops and eventually walked our way back to our starting point. We don’t recommend Hop on Hop off in Naples.

Disappointing - Very disappointing and a waste of of 2 hours sat in traffic jams . Very difficult to find stops . I couldn’t wait to get off o don’t advise this tour at all

Save your money! - Absolutely brutal !!, what a waste of money. First of all it was nearly impossible to find the stops where the bus would stop and we contacted the company direct, locals, taxi drivers, bus drivers and tourist info point could not tell us where to actually get on the bus. After 2 hours of walking around trying to see a bus, we finally came across the bus stop behind the port. The tour guide on the bus was less than helpful, he didn't even offer us the headphones needed to listen to the 'guided tour'. When I asked for them and was given them the track seemed to be out of sync with the travel of the bus? There are very very few 'sights' to see in Naples - the end of the tour was a trip over a hill in a wealthy area of the city where we could see even more of the city spread out towards the Napoli Football stadium. Poor over all and I would not recommend.

Waste of your time! - We arrived in Naples on a cruise and thought we would take the hop on hop off because of the tight time. You can use two lines. One through town and one along the coast. We did them both but geez a bit boring! It's all the same. You too are comfortable for a while but that's all that's said. I'm not a discerning traveller but this is a real waste of your time! #skip
