Beautiful overview of Naples! - This is a great way to get an overview of Naples. The buses come by every 30 minutes, so it was easy to get on and off. The tour guide gave us some wonderful information. The bus runs from the south side of Naples, by the train station and goes quite a bit north to see the beautiful port and some amazing views, including various palaces, a castle/fort, the shopping district. We spent a whole day exploring. The only issue was finding the pick up point on our first stop.

Disappointment of the bay of Naples trip - Our tour was on a Sunday. We were given no information regarding a pickup point. We decided to wait at one of the pick up bus stops to see if a bus arrived. Fortunately one did and took us round the Bay of Naples. We had obviously missed some part of the tour. We were given earphones but the quality of sound and the poor English pronunciations made it impossible to hear any useful information.

A day in Naples - So this was an OK experience they told us the trip would be over two hours, but it didn’t go that long. The one thing that I’ll say is at the front desk. They said we’ll be going in 10 minutes. We ended up sitting there for closer to 25 after we had already paid, you can pay one fee to just ride the bus the entire time or you pay an extra five dollars per person to get off and on The reason that I didn’t like this tour was because you have to get off as you’re going through the tour you can’t wait until the end and then go back to anything if you want to stop at station number five you definitely need to stop and get off at five when it happens otherwise they loop around and there’s not enough buses coming every 15 minutes or 20 minutes like normal in this case they come once an hour. If you’re trying to hit the cruise ship, it makes it more difficult when a bus only comes once an hour. The views were good and they give you headphones to listen to your native language, and that was beneficial.

Tickets sold in Naples, denied to Pompeii - Very bad experience. Tickets we bought at the point of sale near the Royal Palace to visit Pompeii were refused at the entrance of the site: we only accepted tickets downloaded on smartphone! So we paid a second time to be able to visit. I have written to Tramvia Napoli - in Italian - asking for refunds for tickets that have been of no use. No answer. I sent a reminder. No answer either. Did you say scam?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - DO not waste your money on this tour. False advertising, 2hr tour 1hr 35mins. 50 mins wasted at the port waiting for another bus to arrived. Whilst the rude staff sat eating pizza. Then the staff only spoke in Italian.

Worlds worst city tour - Awful experience. Cost 25€. Don’t hop off or you will never get back on in this dirty city. We sat for an hour 30 mins at a bus stop outside McDonald’s being told on each 3 buses that turned up that they were full. Walked back to where we caught the bus from to be told that we should walk back and wait at a different stop. When we said we did want to do that they said they couldn’t refund if we chose not to travel. If you use this company buy on credit card to report them and get a refund. Bad customer service. Don’t see much of the city, lots of litter and beggar's. I would recommend not using this company.
