Adventure Route - I participated this morning in the adventure course with my 11-year-old son. I must say that it was really interesting and pleasant, but what made it Top was the passion and professionalism with which Gianluca accompanied us! Really an added value!!Not to be missed

The highlight of our visit to Naples - This was the absolute highlight of our visit to Naples and something we would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about going. The caves are vast and the story of how they came to be and the various uses they have been put to over the centuries is amazing. Photographs don't do justice to the reality of being there and seeing it for yourself. Our English-speaking guide was excellent at explaining everything and keeping us engaged, as well as ensuring that nobody wandered off for photos and got themselves lost! Its easy enough to reach on foot or by public transport (we got there via the hop-on-hop-off bus, blue route) - and the ticket price of €10 is a bargain too - just do it!! TIP: The entrance isn't particularly obvious. Once you reach the carpark just go inside and keep walking ahead. Once you get past the public toilets it becomes a little more obvious that you're walking into a cave!

Interesting tour - Guide was very knowledgeable and went through the history of the underground tunnels from the 1800s to world world 2. Would recommend. Also the tunnel are nice and cool even in summer months.

The Bourbon Tunnel in Napoli - This was another highlight during our visit of Naples. It's not to be missed if you're a WWII buff, or have any personal connections to this era. We purchased the standard tour (there are 3) which starts at the entrance of Vico del Grottone. It's close to the Piazza del Plebiscito. There are timed entries. We just happened to get there just before the guided English tour at 11:00am. The timing was perfect. I would rethink this one if you have mobility or night vision issues. The very first thing you'll do is walk down a very high, narrow, and dimly lit stairway with pumice walls surrounding you. I'm pretty sure our tunnel guide said it was 90 steps down. The good news is that you won't have to climb up at the end. You'll exit out into a covered parking area along Via Monte de Dio. Our guide was so passionate & knowledgeable. I think his name was David. He also made sure that every question was answered. It's quite a long & rocky history of why the King had it built, and the obstacles they had building around the aqueducts and holding tanks. The vision was never fully realized after the fall of the Bourbon monarchy. It was abandoned until WWII when it was used as a shelter from bombs. It's an incredible story, and you can see how the residents of Naples lived under the brutal conditions of war. Some lived there longer because they had nowhere else to live after houses were destroyed. We were very impressed with how well the tunnels were restored, and hearing about how all these secrets (artifacts) were uncovered. It had been hiding under Naples all these years until being rediscovered some time in 2005. I don't think it even opened to the public until 2010. It was a very memorable & unique experience. Very much worth the small admission fee. Definitely seek it out if you are in Naples. It only takes an hour, and it's well worth the time.

Beautiful experience, highly recommended - Great experience! Marianna, the guide, told us the story of the gallery with sympathy and often arousing strong emotions. Congratulations to those who conceived the project and enthusiastically continues to carry it out.

Recommended visit - The guide prepared nice and also available with children. The visit needless to say it is super recommended and charming. With children I would say from 5 years old so they can understand something and appreciate.

Not to be missed - This was an excellent tour! Guide was exceptional, great information about how this tunnel was used during WW2 and after. Highly recommend!

☺ - Visiting the Galleria Borbonica in Naples was an unforgettable experience. The underground tour took us through fascinating tunnels, royal passageways, and wartime relics. The guide was knowledgeable and made the history come alive. It's a unique way to explore Naples beyond its famous landmarks. Highly recommend it for history buffs and anyone looking for an interesting, off-the-beaten-path experience!

Not to be missed - Fabulous tour of underground Napoli. Not to be missed but beware it is only open Friday to Sunday and holidays. Fascinating to see what’s left behind and hear the history.

Could have been better - I was really looking forward to this one, but it was a bit disappointing. First of all, we had like 40 or more people on our tour. Way too much. Our guide was nice and very knowledgeable, but her English was at times very hard to understand. We took the standard tour, which had zero viewings of any water areas. I guess that’s my fault for not reading more carefully, but with all the pictures this company promotes, it’s hard to figure out what’s included. If you like world war history, then go. If not, then skip it.
