The guided tour lasts two hours, during which visitors will explore the remarkable Farnese Collection, generously donated by Charles of Bourbon. This collection features numerous exquisite sculptures and gems discovered at the Baths of Caracalla in Rome.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to admire the many frescoes and mosaics from the cities of Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Stabiae, which were buried by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD.
Other noteworthy collections include the Villa dei Papiri in Herculaneum, the Temple of Isis in Pompeii, and the Egyptian collection. Before departing, be sure to visit the glass collection, which includes a stunning piece from Pompeii known as the Blue Vase.
