• The 30-minute boat cruise is strictly subject to maritime weather conditions. In the rare event of bad weather or rough seas, the boat portion will be canceled for safety reasons, and a partial refund for the boat ticket will be automatically processed.
• This tour may be operated bilingually. You can choose between our Regular Group Experience or upgrade to our Semi-Private Experience for a more intimate setting with fewer passengers.
• To ensure the itinerary runs smoothly for all guests, the driver or tour leader can wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the designated pickup locations. Late arrivals or no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants from April to October (High Season), and a minimum of 4 participants from November to March (Low Season).
