This hike ranges from easy to moderate and can be tailored to suit the group’s pace and experience. The walking portion takes approximately two hours.

The beginning of the trail features a brief steeper section, but the majority of the path is smooth and easy to navigate.

Throughout the journey, the trail provides expansive panoramic views of Etna’s volcanic scenery, with vistas extending to valleys, lava fields, and the coastline on clear days.

An optional visit to a short lava cave may be included, depending on conditions and the group’s interest. This part is slightly more demanding and completely optional.
