Excellent service quality tour - Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide. We also booked on the Godfather tour with the same company. I left some belongings in the tour bus and they made sure I got them back. Excellent service cannot recommend them enough.

An exhilarating day quad biking Mt Etna - An amazing and unforgettable day quad biking around Mt Etna then visiting a winery tasting wines, liqueurs and sampling their various wonderful foods. The Van with a small group of six people was perfect and added to the experience. Our Driver and Tour Guide Claudio was amazing as well. At no stage did he ever rush us and was knowledgeable and courteous throughout. We will definitely be doing the same tour next time we return to Sicily.

An unforgettable 2-hour E-MTB tour on Mount Etna - We were on Etna today with a small E-MTB group. Due to yesterday's small eruption, we were unfortunately only allowed up to the top station of the gondola lift at 2500m. An absolutely fascinating tour. Our tour guide Simone spoke good English, gave us a lot of information about Etna and also took many photos and videos and then sent them to us. A great experience. The tour with the E-MTB is super easy and. Highly recommended.

Fantastic e-bike tour - We took an e-bike tour to the Grotta di Monte Nunziata with our two children from Rifugio Sapienza on 20.10.2024. It was fantastic and our guide accompanied us during the three hours and showed us the flora and fauna very vividly and reported on the volcano.

A fantastic day on Mt Etna. - Simone led us on a memorable hike on Mt. Etna. He was very knowledgeable of all kinds of information about Etna, volcanoes in general, and Sicily. He is a fun, funny intrepid tour guide. The at times strenuous hike was well worth it when we got to an amazing perch overlooking a huge crater and the entire east coast of Sicily. When we returned we were treated to tastes of some amazing local food and drink items. Can’t recommend Simone and the tour enough.

IF YOU DO ANYTHING IN SICILY, DO THIS!! - I made an account to do this because I never write reviews so let that tell you something. This was the best thing I’ve ever done on a vacation. Simone is the best! He was so knowledgeable, considerate of our amateur skill level, and funny! He gave us recommendations for the rest of our trip and Etna Tribe will have my business next trip because of him!

Beautiful experience in MTB on Etna - With a friend we took part in the gravity MTB tour starting from Rifugio Sapienza and arriving in Belpasso. Bikes a bit ‘lived but still quite efficient. Very nice and varied route able to satisfy the desires of fans. The guide Giuseppe proved to be good, kind and nice, able to entertain the participants even in English. A highly recommended tour for all MTB enthusiasts

Mount Etna awesome - Take the top to bottom tour it's definitely worth and take your time to look at the views, we rode a little to fast .

Fantastic way to experience Etna - Ended up doing two of their Etna e-bike tours on the same day and enjoyed both a lot. In the morning I headed towards the top from Rifugio Sapienza. The total climb was about 800 mtrs, but the e-bike made it pretty comfortable. Tour guide Alessandro was excellent, very knowledgable and clearly passionate about all things Etna. He allowed plenty of time to see all the sights and take pictures. The descent through rocky patches of loose lava sand was awesome! In the afternoon I took an e-bike trip with my wife and 9 year old son. A lot of care was taken to make the bike fit properly for both of them. The route followed part of the western trail around Etna. A more relaxing pace than the first ride, but the route is really interesting with many ancient lava flows, forested areas, and stunning views. Our guide Simone was very helpful and provided tons of great info.

Must be agile and sure footed. - We went on half day sunset trip, which was ok overall. However the mini bus was an ancient Renault which rattled badly and drowned out the good drivers commentary. We declined the cave visit as you had to climb down a short rock face to get in - not ideal for old codgers of 70. You only get about half way up by road, the sunset was fine but they all are. Good views.
