The tour offers comprehensive guidance and support: a local guide oversees the route, stops, and assistance throughout the ride, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable pace. Participants can join with their own e-bike at no additional charge, or opt for an e-bike available on-site with payment made locally (refer to “Not included” for pricing).

During the tour, you’ll visit a donkey farm to interact with these gentle creatures up close, followed by a stop at a traditional family-operated craft flour mill to learn about the transformation from grain to flour. At the mill, an Apulian aperitivo is arranged, featuring focaccia, friselle, taralli, and a glass of wine, with a local payment of €10 per person.
