Very good experience - Very good stay, departure from Fes, travel with Mohamed to go very well with regular stops. On site everything is taken care of, camel, campfire meals etc. An extra the next day to take a great tour and visit lots of things in the desert then second night in the same place. Back in camel then with Pedro until Fes also very well.

Our experience in Fez: 2 days and 1 night in merzouga - We had an amazing 2-day desert tour and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. Our driver, Pedro, was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. He really took care of us, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. The journey is long, but he made it very pleasant with interesting stops, beautiful viewpoints, and helpful explanations along the way. We always felt safe and relaxed with him. He helped us with everything we needed and was always willing to answer our questions. The desert experience itself was unforgettable — the camel ride at sunset, the night in the camp, the stars, and the sunrise over the dunes were simply magical. We truly recommend this tour, and especially Pedro. He made the experience much more special and personal for us. Thank you for everything!

Sublime - 2 exceptional days!!! Tarek was very kind. He made us discover the mountains as well as the Moroccan desert. He loves his job as much as he loves his country. Towards the Berber tents, he took us to many spots along the way. Shoukran Tarek

Good people - The best Karim, great travel companion and 3asila, the best driver out there. We repeat another excursion with them. Regarding the camp, the organization of the New Year's Eve dinner was a little slow, but that does not depend on the guides, but on the camp itself and is not so serious either:-)

Unforgettable experience! - One of the best experiences I have ever had in my life!! The dunes, the desert, the camel ride, the camp, sleeping in the starlight, the music, the party, its people, its food, the laughter with your friends and the people you just met, everything, sublime!! And this would not have been possible without Soumiya, an amazing and very familiar guide who has made everything more enjoyable, thank you, always in our hearts!!

Indescribable - Everything was amazing, and an experience I would definitely repeat again. Our guide, Otmane, was super attentive in everything, funny, nice... Everything was remarkable! The desert is something that cannot be explained, you have to live it. Thank you Otmane!

Unforgettable journey - Our tour started in Fez, where we toured his medina and soaked in his history with the guidance of Otmane, always attentive and willing to teach us the local secrets. We continue through the surrounding villages, full of charm, traditions and typical food that we tried in authentic places away from mass tourism. The most special moment was to arrive in the Merzouga desert, walk through the dunes, watch a spectacular sunset and spend an unforgettable night under the stars in a Berber camp. Thanks to Otmane, each part of the trip was carefully and warmly organized. Undoubtedly an authentic and highly recommended experience.

Unforgettable trip to Fez and the Merzouga Desert with our guide Otmane - We had an amazing experience thanks to our guide Otmane. He is very friendly, attentive and knows very well the history and culture of Morocco. Fez was fascinating, but the best was the Merzouga Desert: stunning scenery, magical night under the stars and a real connection to local culture. 100% recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know the real Morocco. Otmane was more than a guide: he was a friend, a cultural translator, and someone who really cared that every moment of the trip was special.

Miserable day with bad vibes - This was a terrible experience. The drive was long- about 8 hours and from the moment we met the driver, Pedro, there were issues. When he picked us up from the desert, he claimed there were no bothrooms along the route for one hour. I told him I needed to use one as we had just taken the camel ride back from camp, sand boarded for two hours already with no opportunity to use the toilet (those activities were so fun, by the way.) This was a huge buzz kill after we had just had such an amazing time at the camp, and with the driver who drove us on the 2day journey from Marrakech. Much to my chagrin, we proceeded to drive by several signs for WC which he conveniently ignored, then told me a bold faced lie when we stopped for gas that there was no bathrooms there, when I was literally looking through an open WC door at a toilet! I insisted he let me use the toilet and he finally obliged. The rest of the drive was pretty miserable. No music. No WiFi. No commentary to tell us points of interest in the surrounding areas. No chit chat, friendly banter. It was very difficult to communicate with the driver overall. Then, as we were at our last stop before we were dropped off at Fes, he insisted we complete a 5 star review of his service and stood over me and pressed the buttons on my phone to complete 5 stars. Not cool. I had to log in to Travelocity later when I got to my hotel to delete that review so I could write this one. Finally, as we reached the destination, his friend jumped on the bus and claimed to be from the “travel agency” and gave us a very hard sell to hire him to be our guide to take us to the Blue City. Needless to say, we refused and that will not be happening. I hope Pedro finds his calling because it is certainly not driving group tours from Merzouga to Fes. One star.
