Very Good Agency in Merzouga - The quad experience in Merzouga was absolutely incredible! Riding through the golden dunes of the Sahara was thrilling and well organized. The quads were in excellent condition, and the guide was very professional, friendly, and focused on safety. We stopped to enjoy amazing views and take photos, especially at sunset. It was one of the best activities we did in Morocco, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Merzouga.

Unforgettable Quad Adventure in Merzouga! - Riding the quad through the golden dunes of Merzouga was absolutely incredible. The feeling of driving across endless sand, climbing the high dunes, and enjoying the breathtaking desert views is something I’ll never forget. Our guide was very friendly, professional, and made sure we felt safe the entire time while still giving us the thrill of adventure. The experience was perfectly organized, from the welcome to the ride itself, and we got to stop for amazing photos in the middle of the desert. If you’re visiting Merzouga, a quad tour is a must-do — it’s pure adrenaline and beauty combined!

Atv Quad Merzouga - Lhoussain was awesome. One of the few places with 4WD ATVs in Merzouga, so you can actually mount the biggest dunes even if you don’t have a ton of ATV experience. I recomend it

02 hours Quad Riding in Merzouga - We spent two hours riding the most breathtaking quad bike across the most breathtaking dunes. I can heartily suggest this business and its employees because they were extremely professional in every way, picked us up on schedule, and then dropped us off again. They rode well-maintained, incredibly enjoyable CForse 520 quads. These are the folks to trust to make your fantasies come true if you desire an incredible experience in all kinds of off-road adventure situations. 😉

Unsafe, Misleading, and Refund Refused - My husband and I had a terrible experience with this tour company while traveling in Morocco and feel compelled to warn others.
We booked this trip weeks in advance and paid a €380 deposit, with the total trip costing around $1,800. The itinerary/contract clearly stated we would have an English-speaking guide and a comfortable 4x4 vehicle.
From the start, neither promise was met.
We were picked up in a dirty, poorly maintained vehicle. While we are not high-maintenance travelers and initially overlooked this, it quickly became clear that the driver spoke extremely limited English, making communication very difficult. We relied almost entirely on Google Translate.
The day before our planned Sahara trip, the driver offered (for a fee) to pick us up and drop us off multiple times around Marrakech. When we asked how much to pay, he repeatedly said “tomorrow,” but due to the language barrier, this was never clearly explained or resolved.
The real issues began on the day of our Sahara desert trip.
It was extremely cold, and when we asked the driver to turn on the heater, he said “okay” — but it became obvious shortly after that the heater did not work at all, something he never disclosed. To reach the desert, you must drive through the mountains, where temperatures drop significantly.
As conditions worsened, my husband contacted the tour company requesting a different vehicle with a working heater. We initially received no response. Later, we realized the driver himself was replying to our WhatsApp messages while pretending to be the company, without disclosing this to us.
Due to heavy snow, we eventually reached a roadblock and were forced to stop. We were freezing, trapped in a vehicle without heat, while snow continued to fall. The driver gave us his personal blanket, which was not sufficient. We were told that once we reached our “destination,” they would try to fix the heater or change cars, but that it was “high season” and vehicles were limited.
At this point, the situation became dangerous:
• The windshield was fogging up due to the cold
• The driver had to use an old T-shirt to wipe the windshield by hand while driving
• Visibility was poor, snow was falling, and rocks were coming down the mountain
We were genuinely scared for our safety. We have video evidence of this.
After sitting for over an hour in freezing conditions, we asked to turn back and stop at a rest stop to use the restroom and reassess. Communication with the company remained vague and unhelpful. Eventually, with worsening weather and even the rest stop losing power, we decided it was unsafe to continue and asked to return to Marrakech.
The driver laughed at us multiple times while we tried to communicate using Google Translate before finally agreeing to drive back.
On the return trip, we asked what would happen next since the Sahara portion (the main reason for booking) was canceled. We were told the owner, “Mohammad,” would contact us. After pressing for a plan (since lodging was supposed to be included), we were sent two accommodation options we didn’t want. When we suggested an alternative, we were told they would only cover €100–€200, far below what was included in our original booking.
By this point, we were exhausted, frozen, and extremely upset. We asked for a refund, minus the local driving the day before, and said we would book our own hotel. The driver then stopped the car without explanation, waiting for instructions, leaving us confused and uncomfortable.
Without asking us, he then announced he was taking us to McDonald’s for lunch (which was supposedly included). At that point, I was overwhelmed and asked to be taken directly to our hotel.
Once there, we again requested a refund. The company responded:
“If you’re not comfortable with our 4x4, then we’ll have to cancel your trip.”
We made it very clear that this was not about comfort — it was about safety.
Despite everything, we never received a single euro back.
This company is misleading, unsafe, and unreliable. The vehicle was dangerous, the driver could not communicate effectively and behaved inappropriately, and the company refused responsibility or a refund despite failing to deliver what was promised.
We were scammed. Please do not risk your safety or your money with this company.
