Highly Recommended!!! - I saw what I came to see and a whole lot more! It is fun to ride in the Rolls in a small group. Jimmy is full of knowledge and has great stories. I'm so glad I did this tour! Thanks, Jimmy!

A Magical Mystery Tour - Excellent Beatles tour of Liverpool! The Rolls-Royce was exactly what we wanted to make the experience more special. Our driver, Jimmy, shared so many wonderful memories of when the group was young and just meeting each other. I loved that he would imitate each member and occasionally even sing. We hit all the expected places such as Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane, but he also pointed out other places mentioned in their songs. There were only 4 people on our tour and I think we would have been crowded if the max of 6 was there. The outside of the car is in excellent condition, but the interior is worn. Overall, a special experience!!

Entertaining and informative Beatles Rolls Royce Tour - Excellent tour. Our driver Jimmy was extremely well versed in Beatles history as well as the sites we visited. He added humor and even sang along the way. Between his narrative, Beatles music was played. The tour actually ran well over 30 minutes past the allotted time. Only advice would be the seating is a bit tight. If you have 5-6 adults, it will be cramped. 4 adults and 2 children would work fine.

Company was a no show - took our money - Company failed to show (May 26). After waiting for 20 minutes past our tour time, we called the number listed in our confirmation and was told by another company that answered the phone and shared an office with them that they are NOT operating! They took our money, have not refunded us, and never notified us they were canceling!! DO NOT BOOK! Viator should not allow this tour to he sold.

Cant trust this guy to show up. - Tour cancelled but sent no notification. Left me and my wife standing out at the meeting spot at 10 am. Extremely angry over this, now, my last day in Liverpool and didnt get to do the one thing I came here for. no text, no email, no nothing. VERY unprofessional and ruined a trip for me.

Don't Trust Them cancelled last minute with no reason - I booked this on 29/12/25 for 26th May 2026 we were going with 2 American cruise friends who were on a round Britain cruise docking in Liverpool on 26th. Today 19th May I got an E Mail saying the booking was cancelled by the tour operator no reason explanation or apology given

Don’t do it, do not trust them - They were a no-show. We Uber to the pick up point and no one showed up, we called and found out our trip had been canceled. However, no one notified us in fact victor sent us tickets via the app that morning. We were promised a refund but have not seen that yet. We were informed that the vehicle broke down two weeks prior before we even left the United States, but no one notified us. We were stranded and left to fend for ourselves and will not get our Uber money back either.

Worthless. - It sucks. It didn't happen, because of??? I would get an email to get my money back. Still haven't received anything. And I do want to get my money back

NOT RELIABLE. DO NOT BOOK. - NOT RELIABLE. DO NOT BOOK. We booked and paid ahead of our cruise ship visiting Liverpool, but late night before the scheduled day, they sent a note cancelling us. I saw the note in the morning. No reason given, no apology, just cancelled. We did not have time to arrange anything else, so we went to the Beatles Museum ourselves.

Waited 20min - did not show up. - Waited at meeting point for 20min and they didn’t show up.. Thanks a lot! Hopefully it will not happen to anyone else.
