Best Tour - This is the third bioluminescence tour I’ve been on, but the first with this company. It was by far the best experience. Josh and DJ were absolutely wonderful! They made the tour fun, educational, and comfortable. They made sure the whole group stayed where we needed to, so it felt safer than other tours too which made it possible to relax and enjoy. The bioluminescence was beautiful and we learned a ton. I cannot recommend launching from Kiwanis enough if you’re sensitive to mosquitos. The bugs were much better compared to other locations I’ve launched from in the past.

Beautiful Kayak Trip - We had a blast on this kayak trip. Javier and Terrance were very informative and we felt safe the entire time. Beautiful views at night and lots of wild life to see. Great trip!

This was hands down one... - This was hands down one of the coolest experiences I have ever had. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and funny. He did a great job with the entire group. We not only saw the bioluminescent jellyfish but the plankton. We also saw a manatee with her baby, and an alligator on the bank.

Beautiful - Our guys were really nice knowledgeable and engaging. Scenery was beautiful- would do it again, definitely recommend

Bring a jacket and a... - Bring a jacket and a towel plan to get wet from paddling. Our Guide Brian was very knowledgeable we saw jellyfish, fish and a gator. Once in a lifetime experience.

Chaz was a great guide. - Chaz was a great guide. The weather wasn’t the greatest for us, but we still had a great time. Very little bioluminescence due to the storms, but we were able to see a little under the bridge.

Unforgettable experience an absolute must - This was one of the BEST experiences whilst in Florida - Brian was an excellent guide and allowed & encouraged us to enjoy the peace & silence - the water, the stars and the whole experience was u forgettable. Would have been top marks except for a pretty last minute change of venue which meant an additional long drive and poor communication regarding it. Cover up the mosquitoes are everywhere!

DON'T DO IT!!!! - Wow . So this company has a MO for scamming. Please read other reveiws on Yelp. Made reservation at 8:30 for a 11pm tour . Was called and texted by Josh who said he needed to talk to me ASAP about the tour . When he finally called me back it was to say that the tour I booked wasn't going to happen but we could participate in the tour that was 45 minutes further away. Well considering the time of night we were not going to return home at 2am. I told Josh this - who responded to me that it was my responsibility to call the office the next day to track down the refund. This was annoying as a company that had to cancel a tour the day before (PTI Florida adventures) immediately refunded the price. When I finally checked my credit card statement I saw that Florida Adventurer did not make a refund . I emailed the company and received a call from Josh the next day . He told me that I was marked as a "no show" and I would not receive a refund . He denied everything I said and would not refund my money . I said would write a review and contact the credit card company . He was rude and hung up . Can't imagine how I would be treated in person . I go to Cocoa Beach several times a year, bring friends with me and go out with residents there . I'll be sure to let everyone know . I'll be contacting my credit card company , better business bureau and local consumer advocates in the area as well as contacts at scam podcasts . This is not a "he said- she said " this a full blown scam operation. Read the rest of the reviews .... I should have .

Avoid this company check YELP reviews! - Ok let's do this again because the company continues to change their response on every platform and come up with a different story each time. As simplified as possible. I booked a tour with this company in Cocoa Beach florida for the Bioluminescent Kayaking tour at 9pm was told to be there at 8:30pm. Cool. Company canceled my tour and changed it to a different city which extended my travel time to 2 hrs which I did not plan for and couldn't make. When I reached out at 6:25pm after seeing the email that was sent about the location change at 5:51 pm I was sent a text stating that the owner (Josh I believe) would call me back. He returned my call at 6:50 pm at which time I told him we wouldn't be able to make it in time since they changed the location. Which btw their policy states that they can't guarantee the visibility of wildlife etc etc not that they can up and change the location of the tour and youre required to take a raincheck or lose your money. When I asked if I would be issues a refund since I didnt cancel my tour and this was their doing the only thing this man would say is "we don't issue refunds its on the page" over and over. So guess what! I got mad because this company is now stealing $400 from me. The owner reached out the next day via text to continue the disagreement completely unprovoked. I had no intention of ever speaking to this company again considering but he needed to add insult to injury apparently. So after telling him that his own policy does not state that he can move the tour and then refuse a refund HE CALLED ME A CLOWN AND A SMART A**. I had to block this man's phone number because he would not stop harassing me. He didn't like my honest google review. Now, you'll see 5 star reviews across this platform..do yourself a favor and actually look around. Go check YELP. This owner is notorious for his unprofessionalism, untrained staff, similar scenarios such as mine and apparently he likes to insult people including the physically disabled when someone tries to push back because of the crap hes pulling. This company will respond to this and spin a different story than they did on Google and over text. Im done arguing, this is simply a CONSUMER BEWARE. Sorry for the lengthy review but yall should be aware.
