A Must Do Tour from Merida - I booked this tour as a solo traveler and found it to be the perfect fit for my purposes. Our tour guide was Sergio. From the minute we met him until the drop off at the end, he provided us with a lot of information on history, culture, and points of interest. Sergio's love for the culture and history of the area truly came through in his explanations of quite literally everything around us. I have experienced many excursions in Mexico and various other countries and this one was one of my favorites. Uxmal is a much more quite and intimate experience of Mayan ruins. You can feel the souls swirling around you as you picture what life may have been like there. The cenotes on our tour were two very different examples of cenotes. Both had the most beautiful clear, blue water I have ever seen in a cenote. They were excellent choices by the tour company. The lunch provided was probably one of my favorite things I ate while I was in Merida. If you are considering this tour, just go ahead and book it. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Merida Experiences and Sergio for such a wonderful day!

Highly recommended - Very well organised and put together tour. Our guide Sergio was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about the places we went and drove by. Told us a lot about local culture, cuisine, history etc. Never felt rushed or pressed for time, focus was simply on the activities.

He is a very genuine person and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and that we were equipped with awesome recommendations for the rest of our time in Merida!

Great guide, incredible archeological site - I would give Sergio, our guide, 50 stars if I could. We were a small group of 4 (two friends and two solo travelers) which allowed for more opportunities to interact and get to know each other and Sergio. Three out of the four of us also spoke Spanish and had been in Mexico in personal or professional capacity before so we were able to chat about how the experience/culture in Yucatan compared to other parts of the country. The site at Uxmal is incredible. We saw maybe 15-20 other people there the entire time so we could go at our own pace without feeling rushed or crowded. The one downside of the entire day was that, because we were a small group, this trip didn’t include a guided tour of Uxmal (which wasn’t made clear in the booking). Sergio gave us general information and tips about how to best cover the site in the car but it would have been great to have him there with us. The two cenotes we visited afterwards were stunning (even in the pouring rain) and both were also empty for a time so our little group got to thoroughly enjoy the experience of having our own little private cenote.

Excellent magical experience Uxmal + cenotes + Food deli + Best guide - Really one of the best experiences to live, our guide was Eric, the truth is that he knows a lot about the area, the history of each of the places we stop, the truth is that it is super good because it is with few people and the truth is that getting up early if you pay, both in uxmal and in the cenotes, we were practically us, we were a total of 7 people on the tour, all too kind and great, Uxmal very very interesting, super nice with very good photos, also that by arriving early we are alone and you do not fall the midday sun, then the place where we stop to eat, delicious, typical food (they are not the tourist traps) a lot of flavor, I am vegetarian and still ate delicious, we shared everything, then the two cenotes, too magical and beautiful, several of the tour were like WOW! The truth is that I do not fail to recommend this experience and this tour specifically. I went with my mom and she also loved it although she is afraid of the water, it could be done on the edge of the cenotes and enjoy, she also loved the food and experience.

Highlight of our trip! - This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect amount to see in a day. Eric was an amazing guide, he was so knowledgeable in general but also on the history of Uxmal. The cenotes he took us were fantastic, the lunch was delicious and he even provided some extra cold waters in ice because it was so hot, life jackets and goggles to make the most of the cenotes. He thought of everything. He had great recommendations for merida in general as well. Really recommend this tour, thank you Eric!

Must Do Trip for Mérida Visitors - My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience with this tour. Our guide Eric was super nice and knowledgeable - he took the time to take photos and answer every question we had in great detail. Uxmal was beautiful and we preferred it over Chichen Itza because it‘s more of an open space and there are no annoying vendors around. We also had an authentic lunch in a nearby Taqueria, where we ate some delicious cheesy empanadas, panuchos and salbutes. The cenotes were beautiful too, our favourite one being cenote Kankirixche - a cave one with the clearest water imaginable. All in all it was the best trip we did during our stay in Yucatan and we would heavily recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida 🥰
