Perfect Mobility in Progreso/Merida - What an amazing way to see the real Merida/Progreso area: escape the cruise machine! It’s also as comfortable or better than a cruise line package & 1/2 the cost. Alejandro was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great driver. The vehicle was clean and spacious. Great AC. Umbrellas. Snacks. Water/beer/juice. Just a perfect set-up for moving around stress free on our own on a tight cruise schedule.

Great van company to rent van, driver and guide from. - I had booked driver for the van (from Merida Elite) and an English speaking guide named Ricardo. Since my pick up locations for the two days were different from but not at all far apart, they got the pick up locations mixed up. We struggled to get ahold of someone who spoke English to find out where the van was, since we were all in one hotel (agreed upon location for the first day) while the van was at the second day's location. Fortunately where we were waiting there was someone who spoke English and he managed to get a hold of our guide Ricardo and explained the mix up. From when they drove to where we were waiting and picked us up, the rest of the day went so well for us that we insisted that we have the same driver and guide for the next day as well. A bunch of vegetarians who spoke no Spanish found it extremely helpful to have Ricardo explain at restaurants what we were looking for and he found just the right places to for us to eat at. We were so pleased that we booked a van to take us to the airport a few days later when were ready to leave. Another company that we had booked to ride from the airport to our hotel when we landed in Merida did not show up. We could not access the email from viator notifying us of that till we somehow got to the hotel and checked our email. After that experience, we decided to go with Merida Elite for our transport back to the airport. I think we won't forget Ricardo and our driver and I doubt Ricardo will forget us after two days of getting familiar with each other.

A van for a day - I was looking for a day trip to Edzna + Campeche from Merida and couldn’t find a tour. Hiring a van with a driver turned out to be a great solution. Excellent customer service from Gabriel answering questions, very good, personable and helpful driver Alejandro. We are completely satisfied and would recommend the service to others. There were only two of us on this trip, but if you have more people (up to 6) it would be a great value as well.

Got us to the airport on time - Driver was on time van was perfectly clean. Got us where we needed to go in a timely manner highly recommend. he stopped for the bathroom, even when we didn’t ask.
