The driver tracked our... - The driver tracked our flight details and knew that we were late. He was waiting for us upon our arrival and was courteous and knowledgeable about our destination. The driving was very professional. The whole experience was seamless.

Excellent on-time pickup... - Excellent on-time pickup with professional drivers. Although this was a shared transfer, I was the only passenger to and from the airport.

Good! - Good experience overall. The driver was a little late but all good. The provider needs to be a little more specific as to where the drivers would meet inside or outside of the terminal.

Requesting refund - The shuttle didn’t show. I had travelled from Sydney to Mexico over two days sleep deprived looking forward to my shuttle at the airport to take me to the hotel. The shuttle wasn’t there.

If you have checked luggage, be careful. - We arrived at the airport at 15:30 and picked up our checked luggage at 16:20 and received a call at 16:20 that we couldn't wait any longer, so we couldn't get a lift. It was a shame.
If you have checked luggage, be careful.
And although I have applied for a round trip (I'll be back tomorrow), I haven't heard from you yet about the pick-up time.
That said, if you don't have any checked luggage, I think you can apply with peace of mind.
