Airport to Hotel transfer - We traveled with my sisters and elder mother. Our driver greeted us at the place we were advised at the exit from customs. Our driver was respectful, courteous and helpful. Even though its a shared ride we were the only customers being serviced this day.

It was a friendly service and with the estimated time and I was able to check in to the hotel on time and enjoy the - Although there were not many passengers that day, they complied with the contracted transfer. But the same as being the only one on that flight, wait at the airport for some time. Take the stress out of your trip - Excellent service! They wait for you holding a sign with your name. My driver talked to me all the way to my drop off. Gave me recommendations and information about the area. This made my trip so much easier to begin with. I highly recommend them. If you need to contact them, just call and they are very helpful as well.

Great service! - Salvador was waiting for me. My flight was 7 hours late. I was happy to see him there. He helped me with my luggage. I arrived at my hotel safely.

This was a smooth but... - This was a smooth but bumpy ride. The driver was awesome and no issues when I was picked up. I will say, I had to get out the van and walk to my destination, but it was less then a block. The Downtown Center area was having there Christmas tree lighting. I just hate that I didn't book my round-trip.

Atrocious. Get it at your own risk. - My flight arrived on time at 20:38. I waited almost 30 minutes until 21:05 but there was nobody. Messaged the company through Viator platform but there was no response. So I had to take an Uber back as it was late. The company only texted back at 21:25 to say their driver is there. So they expect me to wait close to 1 hour at the airport? I find this ridiculous. I requested a refund and they declined it. What a lousy service.

Bad Service and service - I want my refund, the Service was not done. I waited an hour at the airport. A young man contacted ‪+52 999 129 8419‬ from Salvador at 13h00 saying that he had gone to the hotel and I was not there, I sent the print of my request saying it was not from the hotel but from the airport, so he said that in about 20 minutes I would arrive and I did not get any more response. When they realized the confusion, another Cover called me at +52 999 125 0328 America and said that the Cover had already gone at the time that was my request 00h00 -23h30. I found the absurd of the absurd. First of all: I was contacted exactly at the time they were supposed to provide the Service, after they realized the error, came with the conversation that the Cover had gone to pick me up at the airport at midnight. It makes no sense. First of all for such a Service there must be the confirmation of the flight, which had been informed in the registration. Another I received the contact at the time that they were supposed to provide the Service and the time at the register was from 00:00 to 23:00, and not from 23:00 to 00:00, which would be limited to only 30 minutes. I arrived in an unknown place with a 19-year-old child and was not assisted by a Service that I had contracted and paid. An absurd! I got the prints and conversations from WhatsApp. I do not recommend it to my enemy in any country.
