Fraud and Mockery - We were advised a day earlier that due to the weather conditions the tour would start earlier (original schedule 13 hs, new schedule 10 hs). They passed us to look for specifics (a driver outsourced, divine, very good disposition). An hour later, the driver checks his cell phone and realizes that he was being called to warn him that the tour was suspended because of the weather conditions. I check my cell phone and the same story. Time of calls: 10.30 am, once the tour starts. I ask how we continue, they tell me to ask for the refund for the App, BUT THEY WOULD STILL CHARGE ME FOR TRANSPORT. Which I found unfair, because knowing the weather conditions a day earlier (so they changed our schedule), the tour do it the same and on top of that they make me pay for a service that I did not order (only the transfer to Potrerillos). I told them I thought it was unfair and they said: "Well, at least you knew the Potrerillos Dam." I thought it was a fraud and a mockery.
