Excellent, informative... - Excellent, informative tour around Memphis. Very accommodating as we had to be picked up at a different location because we were delayed.

Great day in Memphis - Super nice people who are very knowledgable. Our driver, Evelyn, made the day very special. The itinerary was great but we skipped the stop at the Hard Rock Cafe and cut short the stop at the Pyramid to spend more time with the music venues and the Civil Rights Museum.

Great way to see Memphis - Evelyn, our driver, was so sweet and knowledgeable. She arrived on time to pick us up when we did a drop off. We learned so many things about Memphis. Thanks so much for the warm, Southern hospitality!

We rode around the loop... - We rode around the loop first before getting off. Evelyn gave a great tour and was knowledgeable when asked questions. Peabody Hotel was our favorite. We toured Graceland the previous day.

Good overview of the city - Guide was friendly but didn’t seem to stick to schedule. Ran only one every 90 minutes (winter schedule) so limited opportunity to hop off

Was a great tour,but,ours... - Was a great tour,but,ours was cut short for some reason ,we were not told that until we were getting off at the last stop.Graceland. We were unable to complete our tour of Graceland and still got left behind , had to call to get a ride back to hotel

Avoid! - Avoid! Finding places to redeem our ticket wasnt the most straight forward. We eventually found out we could go to the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum but when we arrived staff shared that the museum was not the place for ticket redemption. We waited for about 25 minutes and no bus arrived. During this time, we tried to call the customer service number but it kept advising that the line was disconnected/the number did not exist and was not in use. We ended up going with Backbeat tours and could not recommend the tour more. The host not only shared history but incorporated love music too - his voice was amazing! Throughout the 2 days we spent in Memphis, we didnt see a single 'hop on hop off' bus, making me think that this is a scam!

Won't do again - No mention of where the 10am pick up was, bus was late, bus made a lot of creaks, and stops we're not in order

Not hop on/off! Use Uber. - Did not get on and asking for refund. Only one bus with an hour and a half wait between stops? No schedule on Viator as to when/where pick up happens. No signs on street. Not worth the cost and expect refund.
