Great day in Memphis - Super nice people who are very knowledgable. Our driver, Evelyn, made the day very special. The itinerary was great but we skipped the stop at the Hard Rock Cafe and cut short the stop at the Pyramid to spend more time with the music venues and the Civil Rights Museum.

Great way to see Memphis - Evelyn, our driver, was so sweet and knowledgeable. She arrived on time to pick us up when we did a drop off. We learned so many things about Memphis. Thanks so much for the warm, Southern hospitality!

We rode around the loop... - We rode around the loop first before getting off. Evelyn gave a great tour and was knowledgeable when asked questions. Peabody Hotel was our favorite. We toured Graceland the previous day.

Very accommodating... - Very accommodating service, great stories. Accommodations were fine, despite rough ride over rough Memphis streets. Nice to not have to worry about driving and parking.

Good overview of the city - Guide was friendly but didn’t seem to stick to schedule. Ran only one every 90 minutes (winter schedule) so limited opportunity to hop off

Was a great tour,but,ours... - Was a great tour,but,ours was cut short for some reason ,we were not told that until we were getting off at the last stop.Graceland. We were unable to complete our tour of Graceland and still got left behind , had to call to get a ride back to hotel

Not hop on/off! Use Uber. - Did not get on and asking for refund. Only one bus with an hour and a half wait between stops? No schedule on Viator as to when/where pick up happens. No signs on street. Not worth the cost and expect refund.
