Not as well communicated as originally thought. - I thought l had done everything needed when l left on my trip home . I was told where my limo would be and they would hold up my name so l could easily locate them . You assured me they would be tracking me so they would know exactly when l Arrived . After my first leg of my journey , lm decided to call and reassure myself they would be waiting . When l called the Memphis number , a very “ Hoarse voiced man answered the phone . And wanted all the information (l had previously given ) again .. texted to him .. then , assured me he would be at the airport . I am in a wherlchair . O had no idea what he was talking about when he texted he was in a cellphone area . The lady helped get my luggage , told me she knew where the area was ,. And to tell him by text what door we were coming out of .. when we got to the area .. there were numerous limos and black SUVs do we went up and down the area trying to find the one for me .. no name on sign that said they were for me . Everyone around was helping .. calling to drivers asking if they were there for me.. . Finally he was located .. in his vehicle .. never pulled to the curb .. so the lady pushing my wheelchair loaded my three pieces of luggage , and he then got out of the vehicle and both got me onto the SUV . He had a nice SUV , and on star .. Because of his hoarse voice , l neede to help with on star to give the address . So the operator could understand ., He was very nice , played Elvis music , which. l enjoyed . Got me safely to my destination . Helped with luggage .. l Tipped hiim $15 . Thanked him . I just think your communication with your drivers need to Be better . I don’t think l would have been picked up if l hadn’t called from Newark to reassure myself that all was taken care of for my pickup in Memphis . So , what you said to me on the phone prior to my leaving Malone New York didn’t reach this man .. interesting..

Driver exceeded the speed limits. It was a white knuckle ride. - The driver was on time and was in an extremely luxurious car. Unfortunately he drove at such a high speed and was weaving in and out of lanes and having to keep braking sharply that it ruined the whole trip. I couldn't wait to get out

Wished I’d just got a regular cab - Booked a cab to meet us at the airport to save waiting for a cab on arrival. The Booking said they would meet us after baggage collection, they would wait for us with a sign with our name on. On arrival there was no one there, I waited 10mins then decided to call, they asked if I had cleared baggage and then said they would send someone. It sounded like that was how it worked rather than being met at the airport. Waited another 20 mins for them to arrive. In summary I waited 30mins waiting for a cab when I’d paid for one to meet us and paid 50% more than the same driver charge to take me back. No apology from the provider or any refund. Would not use again It would have cheaper and quicker to just get a can from the rank outside the airport

We really, Really, REALLY do not recomend this company based on our experience - Can you imagine how two elderly travels were looking forward to a professional limo pickup after a 15 hour travelling day? Can you imagine how FRUSTRATED we felt arriving at Memphis airport without any instructions on how to find the limo driver? Can you imagine how ANNOYED we were when we called your offices at 21:27 and listen to a recording for 2 minutes and 1 second before you cut us off. Can you imagine how our ANGER grew after we called again at 21:33 only to be cut off after 14 seconds this time. So with NO INSTRUCTIONS from you and no way to get in touch we proceeded to baggage reclaim expecting to see our driver with a welcome to Memphis placard. But no driver.  Can you imagine how ANNOYED, FRUSTRATED, LOST and a little NERVOUS we felt.  Can you imagine how relieved we were to find a line of taxis and a friendly driver to take us downtown.  Can you imagine how we now feel to be refused a refund when it's your systems that have LET US DOWN. We were there on time, we wanted to travel with you. But couldn't because you didn't explain how to.

Disappointing - The driver was not waiting at the designated area and it took 2 phone calls to track him down. We waited 40 minutes for him to realise that we were at the ARRIVALS area where we were supposed to be according to the Viator receipt. We could have Very easily got a taxi for half the money.Very disappointing for what we paid.
