Highlight of our Melbourne stay! - I hesitated because of the cost of this tour but it was 100% worth it!! Mark picked us up on time and his van was very nice and comfortable. Mark is a very good driver and that was much appreciated by me. We stopped at several viewpoints along the way and Mark was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We never felt rushed and he was happy to take pictures for us. When we arrived at the beach to view the penguins Mark has secured excellent seats for us. To our surprise he had blankets and seat cushions for us so we were really comfortable and warm. The penguin experience was truly the highlight of our Melbourne trip and Mark made it even more so! Thank you Mark!!

Penguins Paradise - We had a great tour to Phillip’s Island with Clare to see the little penguins.

Terrific guide and adorable penguins & koalas! What more could you ask for? - We had an incredible trip to Phillip Island and the wonderful Penguin Parade with Mark! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and really gave us a good feeling for the area and its history. And he had lots of tips about great places to see! Just a terrific day!

Highlight of our vacation - We booked Mark for a private Penguin Parade/Moonlit Sanctuary tour and a private walking tour of Melbourne. Both tours were amazing! We loved learning about Melbourne and all the animals we visited. Mark’s guided walking tour of Melbourne was very informative and gave us the confidence to explore Melbourne on our own on our final day in the area. We highly recommend touring with Mark. You will come away with so much insight on the area and learn many things along the way. The kids thoroughly enjoyed both tours as did their parents. Definitely a highlight of our visit to Australia.

Mark’s Penguin tour is the best!! - My wife and I had a lovely day with Mark. Our tour started by touring some of Melbourne’s historic neighborhoods. One stop included stopping to see the beautiful beach huts on Brighton Beach. Mark being a native of Melbourne, gives a wonderful perspective of the history of Melbourne. We went to Moonlit Sanctuary to see the the Koalas, kangaroos, wallabies, wombats etc….. off to several beach scenic overlooks on our way to Phillips Island to see the Penguins!! Prior to the evening penguin arrival Mark recommended a nice Italian restaurant. The night with the penguins should be included on everyone’s bucket list. To see thousands of adorable little blue penguins arrive on quest at sundown and march past you to their burrows is a reminder on how wonderful nature is!!! Everyone of all ages were in awe of these little off balanced adorable penguins!! Final thoughts, Mark is the best!!! His energy and enthusiasm is off the charts! He opens doors, he gets ahead to secure your passes through entry gates. He knows where the best locations are for photo opportunities. He also takes photos of you if needed. Bottom line, we would use Mark’s services again in a heartbeat!! He is the best!!! Mark F. From Florida

Great! - I absolutely loved the penguin parade and the koala sanctuary. It would have been great to add the seal viewing to this but I dont know if that is feasible. Lovely guide - would recommend highly.

Phillip Island - Firstly, Mark picked us up on time, and it was a comfortable vehicle, he was informative and knew a lot about the areas that we were visiting, we learned a lot from his tour, and when we returned to our hotel, he gave our family Australian treats. Overall, it was a great tour and we enjoyed very much. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Tour - Mark took us to popular spots and others off the beaten path on Phillips Island. He listened to what we wanted to do and suggested places we enjoyed. Mark is knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer service oriented. We learned a great deal about Melbourne and pertinent information relating to the tour we took. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip with Mark as our guide and would highly recommend him.

Amazing customer service - Sadly, we did not know that the Penguin Parade on Phillip Island wasa ticketed event and it was sold out the day we were able to go. Although Mark tried his best, he was unable to secure tickets. So this is not a review of the tour, it is a review of Mark’s time and effort to try to create an alternate tour agenda for us. It was beyond our expectations. Thank you!
