Perfect. - Excellent excursion. Our guide was adorable, giving us lots of information and introducing us to the beautiful places that were on our way. And the 3 hours at the peninsula hot spring passed very quickly with all the pools and relaxation places to discover.

Relaxing, unique day - Friendly driver! Highly recommend visiting the hot springs! I was worried it was just a tourist thing but there were many locals as well. Beautiful property and very relaxing day. Honestly I’ve never been to any place like this - so unique and just well done! Right down to the robe and towels for rent!

Nice and clean facilities, but kind of loud. - Nice place. Facilities are nice and clean. These are man made baths and pools. They aren’t natural. I was expecting more of what I saw in Iceland. We went in mid November. Was pretty busy. I wish it was more relaxing. There were a good amount of children and the parents did not attempt to keep them quiet. Also, there were groups of people that were very loud in general. I wouldn’t expect a quiet experience here. You’re going to be sitting pretty close to all of the other visitors. Not a lot of privacy or quiet time. However, the bus ride was great. Quiet, relaxing, spacious.

Autopia Tours flubb :( - The 3rd Party (Autopia Tours) that managed this excursion was not great. The bus ride to location was incredibly hot & stuffy with no ventilation for over an hour & a ½. But The Pennisula Hotsprings itself was awesome. We paid for a premium package (stated on viator by the 3rd party) which included 70 springs available not the basic 50 & this area was adults only + it included robes, towels, & lockers in the price of the package. But this was not the case originally. They also have a restaurant The Dream Centre only in that area. Which was divine. Autopia Tours labeled our package as basic. We've never been to this site before. We ened up paying for multiple robes, towels & lockers. Which never should have happened. We spent ⅔ of this needed yet supposed relaxation get away, dealing with logistics & got maybe 15 mins in 1 hot spring by the time we had to meet the driver for the bus ride home. So we opted out of the drive home & the 3 of us agreed on splitting an Uber. Yes, an expensive Uber from the spa all the way back to our Melbourne hotel. That ride back was sensational in the Uber. Anyway, GiGi was the manager at Pennisula Hotsprings & she was absolutely lovely, kind & accommodating. They don't normally change things when customers purchase packages by a 3rd party. But we were able to verify how much we paid & what the packaged offered & why we chose it. GiGi reimbursed us for our unnecessary added expenses (robes etc). She lead us to the premium area. She got us new different color wrist bands for lockers. Gave us fresh towels & robes. This area was phenomenal. Later another guest ran into me & my hand got pushed into the corner of the marble wall & got cut. When we told Joel/Marlon that we wouldn't be traveling back with the van; I will give him credit that he did call customer care & spoke to Jaiden & then handed the phone to me & I gave him the update. Jaiden was very nice & seemed to really care & said he would follow up with us. Which I'm hoping he does.
