Interesting in every direction - We went up to the skydeck in three cities: Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne. The view from there is the most impressive. It's interesting to see the movement of the subways and ships.

Great views (even on a drizzly day) - It was a great experience even on a cloudy day. It was drizzly outside, so there was hardly anybody there. That was a bonus. I still was able to get a great photos and great view.

Great 👍 - Nice experience visiting Skydeck whilst staying in Melbourne. Booked with Klook (good booking experience as always!). Friendly service on entry to Skydeck. Wasn't wowed but still really glad we booked and came (comparing to Skytower in Bangkok which is much better experience). Recommend you do this at least once. 👍

The best view with noise - The skydeck offers the best 360 viewpoint of all views Melbourne, so if you want to truly experience the cityscape from the highest public viewing deck, this is it. During my Wednesday visit there were no queues, and I had bought my general ticket through a booking app which had them $10 cheaper than the official price. Keep in mind Skydeck has some of their own discounts as well as 2 for 1 promos quite regularly, something to keep an eye out for. In terms of activity, there was only one model display on the ground level besides the extra VR experience which I didn't do. The viewing deck has some positives and negatives, the positives were the cleverly designed binoculars focused on one main area. Secondly was the range of seating, most viewing platforms usually don't have much and here they had a lot, but this was also part of the negatives. The reason there were a lot of seats around the place was due to the skydeck being mixed in together with Bar 88, which I thought was ridiculous. You have people trying to appreciate the view, then you have the party people mixed in together all in one. There's a reason why most viewing decks across the world keep the bars/restaurant areas separate from the general deck. Recommend visiting only when they have specials as that's what I think it's truly worth.

Good view but very poorly managed booking system - Bought a general admission ticket for a particular day, but you can't book a particular time. At popular times of day you can spend 1-1.5 hours in the queue, which was much longer than I spent at the top. There were a lot of frustrated people in the queue and we were all saying the same thing - at most attractions like this you would book a particular time slot so you don't spend an age queueing to get in.

Never ending queue and mismanagement. System overhaul desperately needed - Honestly crazy that its a one in one out policy. Why there aren’t time slots so people can organise their days, where as instead you have to stand in the baking sun for an unknown period of time (staff literally told us this) to wait for people to leave one by one. Hundreds in the queue going around the block, people leaving because they don’t want to stand in the sun for a potentially never ending wait time. Some people have limited time to enjoy Melbourne, if thats you - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
