To finalize the booking, customers need to provide all mandatory details: First Name, Last Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Flight Details, Number of Passengers, Number of Bags, and whether any child under 7 years old is traveling. Once these details are provided, we confirm the booking and allocate a driver. On the day of the booking, our driver will track the provided flight number. After the flight lands, the driver will proceed to the terminal and greet the customer inside with a sign displaying the customer’s name.

For hotel pickups, our driver will meet and greet customers in the hotel lobby.
