A brilliant experience for fans of the show - As avid viewers of the show my husband and I travelled from Liverpool for this tour and it was well worth the journey.
The Chatham Docks site was really great, with much more to see than we expected. You could spend the whole day there.
Our guide for the tour was amazing- engaging, professional and full of anecdotes and interesting facts. We were absolutely enthralled throughout despite the chilly and damp weather.
We are watching all the episodes of the show again to spot the areas we saw on the tour. We absolutely loved it and have recommended the tour to friends.

Fun on location great way to learn about the filming of Call the Midwife - We were gifted this experience by a relative and we had a great time. Our guide Helen was very knowledgeable and moved at a rate which was good for our group . There was a good mix about the locations history as well as about the programme and where the docks had been used. Good exhibition at the end too. Good value especially if you do an early tour as you can then stay and explore the dockyard too.

Bring the Midwife to life. - Brilliant tour around the locations where the Midwife is filmed. Our guide was dressed as a Midwife, spoke clearly and with passion. Her explanation enabled us to understand not only how the scenes were shot but how different aspects were used, such as snow. All questions were answered with care. Really excellent guide.

Not What I Expected - Not what I Expected. If it wasnt for Helen and Her Book of Pictures I Would Not Have Recognised Places From The Series. It Was Only at The End of Tour When We Went into The Building Holding The Scene That It Was Really Obvious And We Saw What I Had Been Expecting. Shame.
