Personalized tour worth it!!! - Joshua was a wonderful guide. We got a personalized tour seeing all the key highlights. Joshua was patient, interactive and knowledgeable.

City Tour Camillo- Excellent - Camillo was excellent. Very organized and informative. He took us to the best places. 100% recommended.

City Tour Medillin/Joshua - This was an excellent trip to do on our first day in Medellín and we were extra lucky to have such a wonderful guide Joshua. It was so nice to be picked up directly from our VRBO in a very comfortable car. May I add that Joshua is an excellent driver in high city traffic. Apart from driving skills Joshua spoke excellent English and was very well versed in the history of Medillin, sharing interesting stories. We went to Comuna 13, a vibrant must see and he had a thorough understanding of the history and the beautiful murals. We then went to the downtown where he discussed the government buildings and we went inside the former Palace of Justice, now a shopping mall with a very unexpected art gallery and restaurant on the top floor. Later he expertly maneuvered through rush our traffic to bring us back to our VRBO and we all agreed it was an excellent way to understand the city. You should definitely request Joshua!

Joshua was a FANTASTIC guide! - I booked this tour with my partner and we could not have had a better experience. Our tour guide was Joshua and he was a 12/10 tour guide. He picked us up right at the hostel we were staying at - he was informative, professional and very easy-going. He was great with letting us go at our own pace and we spent much of our tour time exploring the “Comuna 13” and the Downtown area. We never made it to the cable cars which was our own decision because we wanted to spend more time at the first two destinations and Joshua was very accommodating. “Comuna 13” was a bustling favela type neighborhood that had plenty of cool things to check out: Bars/Restaurants, Street Food, Street Graffiti, Soccer Field and Joshua gave some insight to the history of the neighborhood as it was “the most dangerous” neighborhood back in the ‘80’s. From there we went to the downtown area where we walked around and Joshua explained some of the more prominent buildings in the downtown area and we did some shopping with the local vendors. He also took us to the “Nacional Palacio” which was their version of a mall but it was a beautiful building with an art museum on the rooftop floor which i would highly recommend checking out. Joshua was also EXTREMELY helpful with helping us haggle on prices in the downtown area as me and my partner were not the best at speaking Spanish. All in all - we had a great time and cannot thank Joshua enough for a great day exploring the city of Medellín!

Camilo knows Medellin! - Camilo Aguirre was patient, attentive and super knowledgeable about his beloved city of Medellin walking me through each of the different neighborhoods and showing me local transportation on cable car and metro. There were great stops for art, coffee and clean bathrooms. Appreciated the excellent tour.

Great experience as a solo-traveler - I spent the day with Joshua seeing Medellín the way locals live it. Not just the hits. Real neighborhoods. Markets, side streets, steep hills, and the everyday choreography of how the city works. The cable car was the aha. Picture an amusement‑park gondola that grew up and got a day job. It floats over neighborhoods because the mountains insist on it. Joshua kept us moving and he stitched stories to places so the city felt knowable, not just beautiful.

Excellent City Tour! - This is a must do tour! Our guide, Camilo, was so nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I wanted to find a general tour to give us a good understanding of the areas and history of the city. This was the one!! Our favorite part was visiting Comuna 13. Riding the cable car was also a really cool experience. We felt very safe the entire time, and are much more comfortable exploring the city ourselves now. We enjoyed the whole tour, and will recommend it to anyone who is visiting Medellin. Thank you Camilo and Camantours Medellin!
