Amazing experience - It was the best tour we’ve had in Colombia. Farley was a amazing guide and made the whole tour very personal for our group. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the most memorable parts of the tour were the improvised rap and dances. Also the story and art of comuna trece are truly amazing. Ten out of ten recommend!

A tour you really need a local - Our tour guide (Daniel) was informative, fun and just an overall great guy. We had a small group (3) & were able to move quick so he showed us some off the beaten path places I would never had just wandered into...very educational and thought-provoking (plus we randomly saw J.Blavin YES! That guy!) it was a fantastic day, great tour, perfect weather! Highly recommended.

The Best Tour. - Definitely if you visit Medellin. You have to book with Touriarte, the Service that Yenifer gives is EXCELLENT. He tells you the whole story of commune thirteen with luxury of detail, the art, how is Commune has given an incredible change and has reinvented itself. She goes calmly and without haste, explains any doubts and even as a photographer, because Yenifer wants you to take some beautiful photos and memories of your visit throughout Commune 13. It really is an amazing experience and it makes you want to come back. I have had the opportunity to go twice to Medellin and both times I visited the Commune with Yenifer as a guide, Each visit is something different because the arts can change. They won't regret it. It's worth repeating!

Unprofessional - I sent a message 20 minutes before the start of the tour to ask how to recognize the guide, since they didn't send any explanation. They didn't answer for 15 minutes, then I asked the guide from another agency to call them. They told him that they would contact me. However, they only sent me a "hi" 10 minutes before the start of the tour. I told them that they are unprofessional and that I would give them a bad rating. They replied that I am rude and that they didn't want to work with me. So they took the money, didn't send an explanation, didn't show up. I had a tour with another guide who saw live my attitude and me as a very kind and normal person. This agency needs to learn to respect clients, you can't work with strangers and act so casually. In the end, they didn't refund my money.
