We were not informed when we booked the shuttle that a significant section of the trail was closed (had we known this, we would have elected to schedule our trip later in the summer.) That was disappointing, but we decided we'd make the best of the day any way. That wasn't the worst of it. Our shuttle driver was a fill in (for the person who usually drives), and she was not clear on where she should drop us off to travel the lower section of the trail. After asking people for directions, she dropped us off at the wrong location (there was no access to the trail across the river.) We were forced to run 2.5 miles on Highway 126 until we were finally able to access the trail. It was incredibly dangerous, as there was virtually no shoulder on the road. This was not worth the $70 I paid for the two of us. I would never recommend this service and would appreciate a refund.

The driver who dropped us off to do the lower portion did not know where to drop us off to access the trail. The pullout she did drop my buddie and I off at did not have access to the trail. We had to ride down the rode a few miles. I felt really bad for the two trail running ladies that also had to run on hwy 126. I have been mtb for 25 years and this was the worst shuttle experience I have ever had. Un professional and not worth the money. Dan Hoskins
