Ask for Julio - We were pleasantly surprised to find that our tour was private. Julio was an outstanding tour guide! He personalized our tour by asking if we were shopping for anything in particular, then found shops with good (non-touristy) prices. He went above and beyond. Julio made our first trip to Mazatlan extra special!

Review for Mazatlán Tour with Julio - We had an excellent time with Julio during our family vacation in Mazatlán. Visiting for just one day from a cruise ship, we wanted to make the most of our time — and Julio made that possible. Riding around in an original Pulmonía was such a fun and authentic experience! Julio stayed with us the entire day, letting us hop on and off to explore, take photos, and enjoy the beautiful sights of Mazatlán at our own pace.
We also spent time at a beach club with a fantastic pool. The ocean was too choppy to access the beach that day, but of course, that wasn’t Julio’s fault. Overall, it was such a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend booking this tour, especially if you’re visiting Mazatlán for just a day on a cruise.

Make friends with Julio and Mazatlán! - Julio tailored our tour to our interests and showed us all over Mazatlán. He is knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic about his city. He stopped frequently for beautiful photo ops. We feel at home here, because he feels like an old friend. We hope he comes to visit us sometime in the States!

Great tour! - Julio was very friendly, flexible, and informative. We enjoyed our tour around Mazatlan and had a great lunch at Ponchos on the beach.

What a fun & delicious adventure!! - Hector was awesome. Great humor very informative. Took us to the best place to eat and suggested Chorreadas and they were so good want more the day after!!

Tour - I absolutely enjoyed this tour as well as my tour guide. The only issue is I was promised a video that the tour guide was creating during the tour and never received it.

Good tour but poor communication about pickup time. - The tour was very good and Alberto was fabulous. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. However, the was much confusion about pickup time.

The driver was late - I would not book this experience. It was 100 degrees and the drivers was over a half hour late. We called multiple times and had to call viator twice and they couldn’t reach him. He called me back after I asked for a refund. Very unprofessional.

Don't recommend!!! - This tour was a freaking joke. Id give 0 stars if i could. The tour guide didnt show up at all. I tried calling the contact number I was given and it was disconnected. I tried messaging them for over an hour and got no reply. I was stranded for 1.5 hours. I was contacted 3 hours later to reschedule. The whole thing was a disaster. Reserve this at your own risk!!!!
