Perfect family outing for 11, Edwardo was awesome - First, the have a desk inside the cruise building so don’t wander too far. 11 fit easily and off we were. Edwardo was excellent, very knowledgeable about local rules, history and even gossip. He tool the long way and made a long drive very interesting, thank you Edwardo

Comfortable and very nice Mazatlan trip - We had a great experience and would recommend this to others. Our driver was Rahul and he is knowledgeable, friendly, good driving skills and gave great instructions. His van is clean. He even brought complimentary drinks which we very much appreciate. We requested to eat at a local seafood restaurant and was very happy with it. The six hours trip at Mazatlan allowed us to see many places in a comfortable van and in our own pace. Two thumbs up 👍👍. Must take this tour! - This was the best private tour of Mazatlan it is an absolutely beautiful city. Oscar was our tour guide he was so knowledgeable and he gave us a wonderful tour to experience the beauty of the city! I highly recommend it. Mazatlan tour - Carlos was great! Took us to some really cool places in Mazatlan. And did what we wanted. Saw the clif divers went to the beach. To the cathedral. Great lunch. And went parasailing! Beautiful town.

A perfect day! - We had an excellent trip with our tour guide, Julio Cervantes. He is one of the best guides we've ever had. So informative, nice, and flexible. Some of us had been to Mazatlan many times so we had an idea of some of the things we wanted to do. He filled in the gaps with great stops. Our van was very comfortable and we had plenty of cold water to drink. All of us had such an enjoyable day. Thank you!!

Best tour for cruise excursions and mobility - My family and I booked a private tour and had Ricardo as our guide. My dad is in a wheelchair and it was my sister and I who accompanied him. We were on a cruise of the Mexican riviera so it was great to have the tour guides meet us at port. It sucks because cruises usually don’t have excursions that accommodate mobility, so we were pleasantly surprised the tour was able to have a big van for us. Ricardo was great because he was able to help my dad as well to see all the sights. One of the perks that my sister and I enjoyed were the drinks, beer and even tequila shots Ricardo provided! It was great seeing all the beautiful sights Mazatlán has to offer. The old and new. We were able to see the city setting up for the biggest carnivals event that would happen in less than a month. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Ricardo

Not that much to see - go for the 3 hour option unless you want to shop , go to the jewellery store or flea market - Jose was a knowledgeable and friendly guide. The vehicle was clean . We had booked a 6 hour trip through Viator. Apparently there was a three hour trip but we weren’t able to access that. 6 hours was definitely too long! As we were travelling on a cruise ship , we didn’t need to have lunch out. Also we don’t like spending our day shopping in establishments that all sell the same thing over and over again. Having free margaritas but then being pressurised in a jewellery store isn’t our thing either. So unless you want to go off the ship and spend a couple of hours around a flea market and in a restaurant, don’t book the extended version of this excursion. There really wasn’t that much to see! To fill up time , we dawdled round the shell museum which was fascinating. We then travelled to the countryside to see an authentic Mexican village. If you want a private tour and you have a specific itinerary this is company to go with. Do be aware that you will be reminded repeatedly that this tour is better than a ship’s tour. Once is fine but not continuously. I know that many Mexicans have awful life stories. But when you are on your vacation , it’s very difficult when someone keeps reiterating how little money they have. No doubt about it , the ship tours are very limited and expensive but at least you don’t have to endure the emotional pressure and you know what your itinerary is and your agenda. Jose is very hard working but the company really needs to clarify ,on Viator ,exactly what you are doing when and what the alternative options are
