- Punta de Clavadistas - The Cliff Divers perform at a spot known as “El Clavadista.” The tradition of cliff diving in Mazatlan dates back to the mid-1900s when the platform, still in use today, was built on the Malecon just north of Olas Altas Beach.

We had a great time on... - We had a great time on our Segway tour with Carlos -- he's a terrific tour guide, very informative and fun. I would definitely recommend doing this -- great way to see Mazatlan!

"LOCAL" Carlos won't let you down! - Local Carlos is the best, he earned that nickname for good reason - he knows all of the ins and outs of the place, a true LOCAL, with great English and a wealth of knowledge. Great times!

Fun Segway Tour - Our first time riding Segways - it was a fun experience and a great way to see Old Town Mazatlan. It was interesting to learn about the history of Mazatlan and to see the revitalization that has been occurring in town. Would highly recommend.

Fun, unique way to... - Fun, unique way to experience Mazatlan. Carlos has so much knowledge about the town. He was a great teacher- got really comfortable riding the segways with it being our first time.

Super Fun Day on a Segway! - I highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking a unique adventure tour of the Mazatlan old town and shoreline promenade (Malecon). The tour guide Carlos exceeded our expectations with his contagious energy and humor, as well as his extensive knowledge of Mazatlan history. He was very thorough with his instructions and safety briefing. We all looked like pros in no time! If I could give this 10 stars, I would!

Great old town tour - Carlos did a great job of teaching new segway riders, as well as ensuring safety during the tour. Since he grew up in the area, he was the perfect host to relive the history and current trends in Mazatlan. The tour time was good (about 2.5 hours) and there were several opportunities to take breaks and take photos.

Segway - Carlos did an excellent job teaching us how to control the Segway before we left for our tour. He is very knowledgeable about Mazatlan's history and revitalization. It was an enjoyable way to cover alot of ground!

Highlight of Our Week in Mazatlán! - We took a Segway tour in Mazatlán on February 19, and it was hands down the highlight of our week. Our guide, Carlos (aka Charlie), was fantastic from start to finish. He took great care in teaching us how to use the Segways, patiently walking us through the basics and giving us plenty of time to practice until everyone felt completely comfortable.
There were four people in our group, and only one had ever been on a Segway before, but Charlie made sure we all felt confident before heading out. He clearly knows the area extremely well and shared his deep love for his country throughout the tour, which made the experience even more meaningful. He has also lived in the United States, so his English was excellent and communication was effortless—there were absolutely no language barriers.
We walked to the meeting spot from our cruise ship, and it was a very pleasant 20–25 minute stroll. The meeting location was very easy to find, which made the start of the excursion stress-free.
Helmets, safety vests, and a bottle of water were provided. I’d strongly recommend wearing closed toed shoes and comfortable clothes.
My husband and I had so much fun and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mazatlán!
