Mazatlan City Tour

This was my first and final time ever booking anything with the “la gua gua” tour. I needed to reschedule because my flight had changed and planas were moved around. I decided to contact you and explain my situation. I have my payment method, confirmation number and everything needed. Unfortunately who ever handled my email request ended up ghosting me. Then decided to lecture me about them trying to “contact me” through what’s app and via email. A day before the day I had originally had planned on going. I emailed you a week before.All lies about trying to contact me. If that were true you could have responded to my email. I responded and again was ghosted. I received a text confirming my tour. Not only was all this inconvenient but it was also irresponsible of your part. I didn’t what it said on the disclaimer. I feel cheated and scammed. I lost my money and I don’t plan on ever taking a tour unless the wrongs are corrected. I’m make sure my friends and family that come out here to mazatlan twice a year never takes a tour.
