Highly Recommend! - Great itinerary, well paced. We had a superb driver/guide who was very knowlegable and answered our many questions. It was great to see more of the island and hear about the history, culture and people of Mauritius.

Informative tour to Mauritius' southwestern nature - Really a good trip with lots of interesting information from our very knowledgeable driver. He knew everything about the island and very exciting with a little "Hindu story" so we learned a lot. Pleasant driving even on the winding mountain roads.

10/10 Awesome day trip! - 10/10. Can highly recommend. For us, a safe driver and good car was important, ans this is what we good. We wanted spontaneous changes, and that was no problem at all. Book Chucky taxi! :)

Awesome trip!! - Asif from Chucky Taxi was our chauffeur cum guide for this trip. A very professional and nice person. Before visiting every place, he provided ample insight about that place. Even while driving, he did provide lot of information about landmarks on the way. He even took us to some beautiful picturesque places and helped in capturing it the lenses. Overall, an awesome trip!!
This was the second trip we undertook with Chucky Taxi and we were happy with both the trips. Their professionalism and customer-centric approach is truly appreciated.

Another great day out in Mauritius - 2nd tour of Mauritius after exploring the north earlier this week - we requested Asif again and he was a superb guide/driver for the day
Our first stop was to see the extinct volcano then on to the model ship factory tour - we had a couple of waterfall stops and a stop for lunch
In the afternoon the heavens opened and torrential rain but it didn't spoil our trip to the 7 colours and the Chamarel Rhumeri tour
We arrived back in our Hotel around 17.45 after a 9.00 start
Well worth a visit when visiting Mauritius

Fabulous tour! Perfect way to see half of the island in a day! - The tour was wonderful - we customised it and had longer at certain places and did not visit others as it wasn’t for us! Devin was lovely and very knowledgeable about the island and he really helped to make out day as special as possible. Communication was amazing from start to finish and I would so recommend doing this day trip as you really do see so much!

Private taxi - It is private, so it is convenient to put your luggage in the car for sightseeing. The pick-up location and final destination can be different, so it can be used for sightseeing and shopping on the way from the airport to the hotel. I think the prices are reasonable.
