Fantastic 2 hour whale watching - Sooooo amazing! Well worth every penny. Great whale watching - superb and fun crew. Knowledgeable staff - not too cowded. Safe on the bay - relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. Would do it all over again.

Great trip for a great price - The boat was very nice- great viewing deck. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We saw a mother & pup within the 1st 10 minutes of departure! I loved hearing the whales communicate! Complimentary soda and juice were great. Did have to pay $11 for parking but it was a great tour at a great price! Would recommend!

Great trip! - The crew did a wonderful job trying to get us near whales. They did explain the whales are headed back north so there are fewer in the water at this time. Even still we were able to catch a glimpse of a mama and baby whale. The crew was very kind, super helpful. I would definitely recommend this crew!

Whale watching fun. Verify with the company that you are getting what you expect. - Fun experience with a great captain and crew pointing out the prime viewing spots. Only downside was that we did not ride on the catamaran as advertised and purchased but a double decker larger boat. Upon boarding we were told they don't use those boats in the afternoon. Felt like false advertising.

Whale watching - Great view of Maui from the ocean. We followed a pod of 6 whales for about an hour, unfortunately they weren’t in the mood for a breach but exciting nonetheless.

Get rich on the switch - Booked a trip for my family on the Malolo. Went to harbor and was given directions to get on the Quicksilver. I asked one of the workers that I expected the Malolo. Was told that that was weird because that boat is typically used for snorkeling in the mornings - not for whale watching. We were on their “booked” list so we went. The Quicksilver had over 100 people. If you’re lucky you’ll be one of the first on board and you will get in the front on top or main level. If your luck is average you’ll get top middle. My family got stuck in the bottom deck rear. Most the whale watching was done behind dirty windows with the back of peoples heads in the way. NOT WHAT I BOOKED. They definitely pulled a fast one. They already had my money so why should they care. Buyer be ware!
