Solo adventure! - Great day. Bike was in awesome condition and worked perfectly. Bike specialist, Nate, reviewed map, highlights to see and places to stop and eat.

Fun on the electric bikes - Great fun in the sun for the day. Explored all day. 30 mile radius to travel. Customer service was great. Bikes worked well and were in good shape.

Would not recommended - Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience on these bikes. Nate called the day before and asked if we could pick the bikes up on our own without anyone there. Sure, no problem. He sent us info and a video of the map and what to expect. We followed the map and directions he provided in the video. We didn’t realize we’d be riding alongside cars on the highway. There are no actual bike paths. When trying to get to the places he told us to go, we had to go through areas that said restricted or had gates that were locked. Then when we’d get to the places there were never any places to park the bikes since they aren’t allowed on the sidewalks. It was a mess. We tried calling him to get help and he never answered or called us back. We ended up returning them about an hour later even though we had a full day rental. Would not recommend this for someone trying to have a relaxing day. It just stressed us out a lot.
