Fantastic Experience - The boat slip was easy to find and parking is reasonable. They have a really fun photographer who runs around taking pictures of everyone. The crew is very available and accommodating, always checking to see if we needed anything. The captain took us near some whales so we could get a better view and some amazing pictures. He also explained about the whales. Dinner was served shortly after that and we ate while watching a beautiful sunset. The food is very good. We enjoyed it immensely. The only thing I would suggest is they play more Hawaiian music. We are in Hawai’i, after all.

The Best Dinner Cruise - Very easy to board, clean the crew worked extremely hard to be sure everything was just right. We had beautiful views. The cruise on the Calypso was the highlight of our trip. The photographer was not pushy about purchasing photos. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time!! - We loved the staff, the boat and the food. We even had some whale sightings! It was dark so fast so we wished it had started just a little earlier. But we will definitely do it again next time!!

Great experience! - Very enjoyable! Rocio was very attentive. And the singer (sorry I forgot her name) had a great play list and lovely voice. Beautiful sunset. A picture package in the price range of $20 or $25 would have been more appealing.

Beautiful!!! - The food was delicious, the staff was amazing, the views and music were fantastic!!! The fish was absolutely the best!! My husband said the prime rib was delicious!! We would go again in a heartbeat!

What a nice dinner and sunset - Was a nice sunset cruise dinner was excellent prime rib was on point and we got to see a little tail in the ocean for being early in the watching season the crew made sure everyone was comfortable and the photographer was awesome

Disappointing - I booked this cruise specifically to celebrate my husband’s birthday. While the captain was friendly and we did see whales, the service and overall experience were very disappointing. We were told there were two table options available to us, but both had almost no view. Our table had only a very small triangular vinyl window next to one of four seats, and food was not permitted on the top deck. There was no option to upgrade to better seating, though we would have willingly paid extra. This immediately impacted our experience, especially with young children. Our two-year-old was very disappointed that he couldn’t see the water, and our one-year-old became increasingly restless as we waited for our food. While the salad arrived quickly, the drinks and main course took an excessive amount of time. Had we remained at our table, we would have missed the entire sunset. The poor airflow and lack of visibility at our dinner table made the situation worse because our kids cried every time we went back to our table. We ultimately left our table to bring our children to the top deck for fresh air and a view, and asked for our meals to be boxed to go. Additionally, our server did not come to the third floor, forcing us to repeatedly seek help from a different server (who did a great job bringing us drinks). This was not the birthday experience we paid for or expected, and we will now be celebrating elsewhere with a replacement dinner.
