It was a very cloudy... - It was a very cloudy evening with a bit of rain so we did not see the sunset. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The food was very good and they gave you plenty to eat. I definitely would recommend this excursion.

They will stop to whale... - They will stop to whale watch as well if there are any in the area! Staff was excellent and so was the open bar selection!

Wonderful experience - Great Cruise! The food was very good. The crew was excellent and attentive. There was a elderly couple in the Cruise and the crew went out if their way to help them , it was a very thoughtful and kind example of how they cared for the passengers. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

Great boat ride for everyone from children to the elderly - A relaxing boat cruise. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes - for better stability. Navigating steps is a must to move from lower to upper deck. Extremely nice and courteous staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. If you have some cash for a tip at the end- recommend bringing some - and they deserved it :)

The perfect date night - The live entertainment and hula was absolutely fantastic. The service was better than I could have anticipated. They were so kind and helpful! The food was great and the dessert was incredible! I would absolutely do this experience again and highly recommend it to others.

Sunset in ocean in Maui is a must - Fantastic to me on the sunset cruise! We went out there with full clouds, but the sunset still appeared and was truly amazing to see the colors of the sky change for a long time! The music and luau, dancing, and food was all wonderful!! Everyone was so nice and very welcoming and we did this on our first day in Hawaii. We would highly recommend and do it again.!

Unclear Instruction and help was unavailable. - We arrived there 45 mins prior. Instructions were not clear. We walked towards Pride of Maui, I showed the gentleman greeting customers our bouchers and he said we were on the wrong place and instruction us to walk to Calypso which was on the other side of the pier. When we got to Calypso, they told us Pride of Mayi is on the other side. I called Viator to confirm which boat it is and I was put on hold for a long time. I was still on hold when we reached Pride of Maui and was agitated already when I spoke to the lady greeting customers. She said we are on the right boat. 45 mins arriving early there, 45 mins walking back and forth, only to be the last group to board. I just hung up the phone since the viator representative didnt even bother to come back on line. It supposed to be a nice experience being on vacation if instructions where clear where they docked the boat.

Overpriced. Food not good. - Overpriced. My partner and i aren’t drinkers so didn’t get to enjoy the open bar. Had sodas though. We were at least excited for the food and dessert, we were let down. Had to throw it away wasn’t good at all. And then on the way back it got super windy and cold, couldn’t really enjoy the top deck of the boat. Crew was nice though. Was celebrating my birthday that’s the only reason we decided to do this. 3/10 recommend.
