Amazing! Fantastic! - We booked premium seating with a private table for 2 and had the most memorable evening of our 30 day vacation! I will say, any table, whether private or shared will provide a wonderful view of the ocean and the show, so don't worry. The food was delicious. The service was good. The drinks were perfect. The show was absolutely incredible!!! We did a luau somewhere else the next night and wasted our money. We should have returned here instead. This is a Must Do!

100% would do it again! - Everything about the experience was top notch. The organiation of it all, the food, the people, the layout ... they had a free photographer that posted the pictures on a website, can download for free or buy larger ones. They had henna tattoos for fun (and free), upscale bar. But the best was the music, singing, dancing, and story telling. So amazing. All of it!

A tourism staple - It was a beautiful evening, great performance, loved to hear a little Hawaiian history paired with lovely dancing and music. Drinks were great and the food was nice to have a variety of many different dishes. It was kind of pricey given that there were tons of other tourists standing on the beach near us watching the show for free too.

Overall a good experience with a few drawbacks - We attended the Feast at Mokapu Luau during our stay at the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort, and overall had a good experience, though with a few notable drawbacks given the price point. One convenience worth noting is that reservations were not required far in advance—we were able to purchase standard admission tickets just three hours before the event, and there were still empty seats available. The beachfront setting is beautiful and the event is open to those staying in nearby hotels. The total cost for two adults, including tax, came to approximately $620, making this one of the more expensive luaus in the area. Seating is arranged at shared tables, which may or may not appeal depending on your preference. Prior to the show, guests can enjoy an open bar (with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), complimentary photos, and traditional Hawaiian-style temporary tattoos. These extras were a nice touch and helped set the tone for the evening. The event is advertised as running from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM; however, the actual dinner and show ran from about 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and the event—including the open bar—concluded at 8:00 PM. This shorter duration was disappointing, especially at this price point. Service was a highlight—our server, Sabrina, was attentive, friendly, and contributed positively to the experience. The show itself was engaging, featuring a mix of male and female performers. The fire dancers, who closed the evening, were by far the standout performance and a memorable highlight. As for the food, each guest is served a pre-plated sampler of various dishes. While it was decent, it was not particularly memorable or exceptional, especially considering the cost. One additional consideration is that the event is visible from the surrounding beach and resort areas. Onlookers were not restricted or addressed by staff, meaning portions of the show could be viewed for free, which slightly detracts from the exclusivity of the experience. All that said, I would give the experience 4/5 stars due to the shortened duration and average food which made it feel overpriced for what’s offered.

Don’t waste your time or money - Boring - The event was extremely high priced. It was $240 for a adult ticket and $140 for a child’s ticket. The event was boring. All they did was talk and dance. They did not engage with the audience or have any wow factors in their show, it was more of a tutorial lesson and historical message compared to all of the other luaus that I have been to. I felt like I was in a high priced lecture with poor food and good drinks. This one was the most boring luau I’ve attended, and was definitely not worth the price for four tickets. I spent almost $900. I did not enjoy the experience at all. The best thing about this event was the drinks and the photos. I would like a refund.
