• Maui Ku’ia Estate Chocolate - Discover the Ku’ia Estate Chocolate Factory and experience the unique stages of our cacao beans that are not typically accessible. Participants will gain insight into the various phases of chocolate production, from bean sourcing to crafting finished neapolitans and bars. Following this, guests will proceed upstairs to indulge in a chocolate tasting session in our open-air pavilion. Wine and spirits pairings are offered to guests over 21 with a valid physical ID for an additional fee.

We warmly invite you to discover the fascinating process of chocolate-making with insights from our Founder and CEO, Dr. Gunars Valkirs. Take a guided tour through the chocolate factory as he details each step of production!

During the tour, enjoy exclusive samples from various stages of the chocolate-making process, not available to the general public. Then, savor the final product with 3 squares of our Maui Grown chocolate and 4 additional selections of your choice! For an extra fee, indulge in alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage pairings with your tasting. Additionally, receive a $25 gift card to purchase chocolate in our factory store or online.

For guests aged 21 and over, alcoholic beverages are available in the upstairs pavilion to complement your chocolate tasting experience for an additional fee. A valid photo ID is required for any alcoholic beverage service.
