Do this and see Maui from a different angle - This company went out of the way to make sure we were able to take our wonderful cruise even though we had to change locations for departure and return. The owner called me directly. The boat itself was super clean and had plenty of seats. The cocktails were strong and the bartender was happy to accommodate customizations. Snackies were pretty good. The crew was awesome and went out of the way to make sure everyone was happy. Saw about 5000 whales and gorgeous views. 10 out of 10.

Mai Tai'd and True: A Cruise Review - This was one of our favorite experiences on Maui! We booked a Friday, 4:30 PM timeslot and took a Lyft from our resort to the meeting place since we knew we'd be drinking. The Outrigger concierge was helpful in pointing us in the right direction for the meeting point at the activities desk. We were slightly confused by the signage for two different companies offering the cruises, but the team checking in folks were able to locate our reservation and inform us we were in the right place. (The Teralani name was listed on our printed out tickets, but not in an obvious way to us.) The team was organized and informative about the process and eventually split the crowd into two separate groups letting us know which boat number we'd be on and which team member we should follow for the boarding process. After some quick instructions about getting on the boat and where to go once onboard, they started the loading process. While the description does mention there are stairs, it doesn't detail how wet you may get while boarding. Since the boat is right on the shore (with the waves lapping towards you), you have to walk through sand and water (and if you don't time it right, a wave may catch you as you're boarding) to the stairs, which are being held by two team members. They did a good job of advising you when to go, but you'll want to pull up pants or hold up dresses and carry your shoes prior to boarding. There was a lot of space onboard and it didn't feel crowded at all. We were able to get a spot right up front along the rail and used the front netting for seating throughout the cruise. We mostly kept our shoes off for the duration of the cruise as it was easier to be barefoot when moving about. After the captain introduced himself and made some announcements, we bopped around to various locations to see some whale activity. This was peak season time, so we saw many mommas and their babies! The crew delivered cocktails fairly soon after leaving shore and came around with appetizers and offers for more drinks every so often. But you could also find the apps and get another drink below deck at any point. The meatballs and mai tais were delish! Every sunset we saw in Hawai'i was, of course, magical, but being out on the ocean, watching whales, and sipping drinks with your partner gave it that extra magic! I really enjoyed the music playlist as well. It was a mixture of reggae and pop culture hits....and after 4 (or was it 5?) mai tais, I was singing along by the end. 🌞 The cruise lasted just over 2 hours and the weather was perfect! The crew was super fun, engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this experience, especially if this is your first time in Hawai'i.

Best Sunset tour of all - We have been on several different boats for the sunset experience and this one topped them all! The food was excellent and abundant. Drinks were yummy. We saw lots of whale activity and a beautiful sunset. We will book again!

Super Sunset Sail - It seemed like a lot of people but once board there was lots is space. Our Captain and staff were wonderful! We had a great time, enjoying the appetizers, drinks, whales and view.

So Fun !!! - This was a great sail ! Its a must do when you are in Maui. This was the highlight of our trip so far. And I must say the 80's Playlist was the Best . Thank you for being a great addition to our vacation .

Great Catamaran - Great fun seeing whales and a beautiful sunset although weather was a little cloudy Miles and Daniel were great in helping my disabled friend on and off the boat Drinks and food was great and the staff was very attentive and quick to serve Getting on and off the boat through the waves was fun Thanks for a great time

Sunset/whale watching. - The check in area is a little crazy at 4pm but the staff is right there and very welcoming and the directions are clear. The catamaran was a great ride and the food and drinks were plentiful. Thank you to Capt Mario and his crew for a great evening watching the whales!! Definitely a trip we would do again.

Top notch customer service! - The crew was amazing. You can’t control the weather. But they did everything they could to make the experience amazing. Great food, drinks, music, atmosphere. You do need to get on and off the boat via the beach meaning take off your shoes and going through a little bit of water on the steps of the boat. I had pants on and they did get wet. My husband experience sea sickness and they were so kind and attentive. Brought him ginger ale and gave him their best advise to ward off the nausea. Kept checking on us until the end. Very grateful. Even so, we saw so many whales up close and in action, it was very cool.

Awesome - Tanner , Freddie and Hadley were awesome. It was a beautiful sunset cruise with lots of whale sightings 💚👍🏻💚👍🏻🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴

Book with someone else! - We had circumstances arise that delayed our arrival. We arrived 3 minutes late for our departure to watch the boat sail away without us. No ability to call, no option for a partial refund. Self park is $8, valet is $35. Don’t expect any assistance finding the departure location from the staff. They could not help us. It was a beautiful evening, I am sure that the sail would have been a wonderful experience. I hope future travelers will book with a different company who will have a little bit of wiggle room for imperfect travel conditions.
