Children must be at least 10 years old on the day of their tour, and those aged 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests will be weighed at check-in, with a strict maximum of 250 lbs. As this is an outdoor activity, those with insect sting allergies should bring their own medication. Dress comfortably in fully closed toe and heel shoes. Don’t forget your sunglasses, sunscreen, cash for tipping your guides, and a spirit of adventure!

Family Vacation - Thank you Danny and Jake! What a great experience. For a 1st timer they did a fantastic job making me feel at ease! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!

Amazing Zipline Adventure - We had a terrific time zip lining. The guides were amazing and the staff were super helpful. Overall had a perfect experience and a wonderful time. Third time going and I will go again!

KAPALUA ZIPLINES 10 out of 10 - I’m going back!!!!! This experience was EPIC! Scenery was incredible plus the guides made you feel very safe! Justin, Eli, and Gavin were very professional! Highly recommend doing this! 🤙🏼 Mahalo Kapalua Ziplines!

Excellent zip line staff and adventure - Let me tell you how amazing the staff is. Dillon and Savannah are so good at their jobs and instantly make you feel welcomed and relaxed. They thoroughly explain what we are going to do, how to do it, and what to do at the end. It was a very exhilarating adventure to say the least. Would 100% do this again! Lastly, the staff inside the meeting area are very welcoming and personable. Love this place

Great Activity in Kapalua - The Zipline experience was amazing. The lines are good length and provide stunning views of the area. Max and Ryan were awesome guides that made the excursion that much more enjoyable.

John and Scott’s most excellent adventure - Jasmine and Ryan were our guides, AWESOME!! Did this 10 years ago and didn’t think it could be better but Ryan and Jasmine made it so enjoyable and fun, surpassing our expectations. As I noted in my review 10 yrs ago safety was at the utmost and took the angst out of the experience. If you’re on Maui don’t miss this adventure.

Best half day experience on Maui. - Fantastic staff (Max & Brie), excellent instruction and a really fun course with some of the best views of West Maui and Molokai. Will absolutely do this again!

Overall enjoyable day - We had to rebook due to high winds on our original date, and we were easily rescheduled to another day before we flew back home. Great communication with Kapalua Ziplines. Our two guides, James and Max, made us feel safe while also giving us a good time. Our son got stuck on a couple of the ziplines (he’s small but mighty) and the situation was quickly remedied. My husband and I felt our children were in capable hands. We also appreciated the handlebar magnetic trolleys as opposed to single ball-bearing trolleys to allow for hands-free braking. We’re an adventurous family and tend to do exhilarating excursions when vacationing and this satisfied our “need for speed”. James’ familiarity with the area and lunch spot suggestions on the drive back were great! We went to Honolua Store to grab a bite to eat after ziplining thanks to James!

Great time and very friendly staff. - Friendly staff and made sure everyone felt safe Jasmine was our lead person for setting us up on each zipline and she did an outstanding job as well as the rest of the staff
