Sigiriya and Dambulla Plus! - We had a wonderful trip with Harsha as our guide and driver. Knowledgeable and courteous, he went out of his way to make our trip special— adding a stop at the wholesale market, another small Buddhist temple, and an impressive Himdu temple… and even surprising my wife with a cake for her birthday. I would highly recommend his service!!!

Mr Harsha is the BEST! A kindhearted Sri Lankan who is proud of his country and cares about his guests - Mr Harsha has been known to my family for over ten years and this is the first time I have gone on a tour with him! Sigiriya is my favourite part of the island because of the history and jungle atmosphere. Mr Harsha was so kind to us throughout the trip-he made sure we were very comfortable and got us snacks and water throughout our journey. He is very punctual, knowledgeable, and knows exactly what type of hospitality his clients expect. But above all that he is an exceptionally kind and gentle human being. I was very pleased when he agreed to be in the safari jeep with us during our trip to Hurulla Eco Park. He also took us to Kandalama for lunch, and then to Sigiriya Village for the rest of our stay. I was a bit concerned that he would be bored as we had booked 2 nights with no plans other than climbing Sigiriya before sunrise (which we couldn’t do due to the rain). But Mr Harsha was so accommodating and had no worries about boredom-he said he relaxed very well and enjoyed his stay as well! We managed to climb Sigiriya after sunrise and that was perfect timing because it rained the rest of the day. Mr Harsha entertained me with so many fascinating legends and stories about our country’s history. These stories were some of my favourite things about the tour! Our airport drop was organised by his brother Vishaara who is equally kind and experienced. We will miss Mr Harsha until we are back. He also speaks so fondly of all his past clients and some families that continue to do tours with him. I can tell that he values and respects his clients and they reciprocate that. I can’t wait to return with my British family to show them how beautiful Sri Lanka is with the best guide!

A fantastic day with Harsha! - We had the most amazing day! Thank you Harsha for your time and kindness, answering our many questions, teaching us about Sri Lankan culture and giving us tips for our sites on the day and the rest of our trip. Would highly recommend this tour with Harsha.

Fab service - We didn’t meet Harsha but he was brilliantly responsive when I contacted him nearly a year ago. When we decided to reduce the places we were visiting he even reduced the price without being asked. We also used his service to get to Colombo from Kandy and the vehicle was big enough for 4 adults and luggage with air con. All the drivers were great and friendly. Def would use again!

FANTASTIC TOUR TO SIGIRIYA - Sigiriya:The views are amazing, hard to climb, lots of steps but worth it. Bring what you need in a backpack. The souveniers are expensive be careful. Visit Sigiria in the morning before it gets hot when it is not crowded. Tour: started with pickup from the hotel, friendly and helpful Wishara drove carefully. The private car was in good condition, clean with AC on( you will need it after Sigiriya)

Great experience! - It was a very great experience. You could really decide what you want to do and really interests you. And Harsha is such a nice human with a wide knowledge, so you I could understand the culture in Sri Lanka a lot better. I can only recommend!

God day trip from Kandy - Overall an enjoyable day trip from Kandy. What I liked: Harsha did a great job of communicating before the tour and for the pickup. There is quite a bit of driving involved but I appreciated adjusting the schedule to do Sigiriya first to avoid more of the crowds. Vishara was a friendly driver and answered all of my questions, even making a stop for snacks along the way. What to improve: If you like private tours then this is perfect but I thought it was a shared tour so it was just the driver and I. While we adjusted the schedule for Sigiriya first we skipped lunch to make it to the Matalay temple where the times were incorrect and we would have missed anyways. I was still able to walk around the outside but I think more communication on this to set expectations would be good and to have lunch at a more regular time at Sigiriya or on the way rather than 2PM closer to Kandy would be a way to improve. Overall highly recommend to all travelers, solo and in a group.
