She passed down her cherished recipe book. Over time, cooking became a way for Maria to bring people together—friends, neighbors, or relatives—and share something precious called “time.” Now, with “Mari’ Cooking Class,” she honors her grandmother Maria by sharing a piece of her heritage and passion with everyone, hoping they have a wonderful day. Fun and entertaining class! - Amazing authentic experience!
My husband and I thoroughly our cooking lesson with Maria. We made pasta for our ravioli, lemon veal meatballs, and delicious chocolate cake. Maria is funny sweet and very knowledgeable in Italian cooking. Her property is beautiful and the views are amazing.

Magnificent experience in an extraordinary location with breathtaking views! - This experience exceeded our expectations in absolutely every way!
It is a bit difficult to find the exact location so Marie was sure to meet us in the main town parcheggio and lead us directly to her stunning villa home.
***Be sure to arrive hungry as you will have the opportunity to eat a lot of the amazing food you will make. Marie was sure to give us that great advice in advance as well.
Marie is a very kind and generous person who welcomed her guests to her magnificent home. It is an absolute privilege to spend time with somebody from the area and learn so much more about life on the Amalfi Coast. Her English was very good and if ever there was confusion, google translate solved it right away!
We had advised Marie that 1 person in our group of 4 was lactose & gluten intolerant and she took all of the necessary precautions to offer the same cooking experience for that person with safe ingredients making similar recipes as the others.
We spent about 3 hours learning how to make authentic pasta dishes including an amazing ravioli cooked in tomato sauce made from the tomatoes you see growing out the window! The meatballs were extraordinary especially when paired with the red wine that Marie makes herself on site.
We enjoyed eating the spoils of our labour on the patio surrounded by thick flowers and vegetation while overlooking the Mediterranean.
This was one of the best experiences that all 4 of us have ever participated in, anywhere; and was definitely the best during our visit to the Amalfi Coast.
We would unreservedly highly recommend this wonderful experience to anybody!
Considering what you get, we also feel that the price is more than reasonable. Thank you Marie for such a wonderful day!!!

A Day with Mari!! - From the minute, we got to Mary’s house on the farm we felt like a family. We started off with some appetizers, taking pictures of her beautiful home and farm. We cooked together, calzone, homemade ravioli, eggplant, meatballs and chocolate cake for dessert. It was just wonderful and my husband surprise me with flowers because we were celebrating my birthday. I would highly recommend this experience to anybody who wants real authentic Italian cooking.

The best excursion ever booked! - If you book anything in Italy, it better be this!
Mari was extremely kind to open her cooking class kitchen to us. She assisted in transportation and greeted us with Mimosas, cappuccino and appetizers. We took a stunning walk through Mari's garden to the cooking school. All of our ingredients were fresh and delicious 😋
Mari including some surprises a long the way that made us feel like home and family. I would love to send everyone I know to Italy to meet Mari and experience the best excursion we've ever booked! I'm a travel agent and I've been on hundreds of excursions. None come close to this experience!
