Just what we hoped for. - My husband and I arrived after a 25+ hour flight and were exhausted and overwhelmed. We were reassured by the detailed communications we had received. Although we were a little early, our driver was there waiting at the agreed upon location. with a sign. He grabbed our bags and soon had us settled into a comfortable , immaculate vehicle.

Excellent service - Fred, our driver, was so friendly and professional. He messaged us with clear instructions and met us in the agreed location at Sydney Airport. It was just a short walk to the car which was a beautiful Audi A6. Fred managed our nearly 2 hour drive through some torrential rain with ease and great care and unloaded our luggage at our home in the pouring rain, despite us offering to do so so he could stay dry in his immaculate suit. In all of our many chauffeur drives, Fred's service was second to none. Thanks Hughes!

Great service. - Excellent service. The driver made certain to contact us via phone and walk us to the right meeting point. We had crossed paths in the terminal. Flexible with time. They keep in touch the airline arrivals and allow additional time for customs for the international traveler. Would definitely book again.

Great service - There was a mix up with the bookings but they were so apologetic and corrected things as soon as possible. The driver was absolutely fantastic, kind and helpful. The car was beautiful, clean and immaculate. It’s probably my 5th to 6th time with this company. I have used them for my conferences in Sydney and for airport transfers in Adelaide and they have always been fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

Q7 a great vehicle - All in all a good experience. Driver was waiting for us in arrivals terminal with a sign which made it easy to find. Driver was very nice and accomplished. Would have been nice to have some water in the vehicle for the drive from airport to the hotel, especially after a 14 hour flight from the US! Communications with the tout operator was a little rough, as they tried to get us to upgrade to a larger car once I told them about having a golf bag with us. Happily, the vehicle they sent for the regular price was quite large and accommodated our Golf travel bag as well as our two suitcases. Definitely made getting from airport to hotel easy.

Could have been better. - Arrived at the waiting area and no one was there for pick up. Called the contact phone number and the call center agent did not have record of our reservation. After being on intermittent hold for 15-20min. The driver called looking for us. After looking around for him, I noticed a gentleman talking on the phone that mimicked his words and asked him to turn around several times. He then figured out our location and walked us to the middle of a rental car pickup parking lot and asked us to stay in a parking sport of the garage while he went to retrieve his car. After a few minutes and several people looking at us strange standing in the middle of a parking lot. He arrived. The driver assisted with our bags and drove like crazy to the hotel.

What a jerk. - Unfortunately no one was there after getting through customs and immigration. We had be in contact with our driver when we landed and messaged him when we got our bags….he was acting as if he was waiting for us, but he was not. We went out looking for a sign with our name, but none of them were for us. I called him and it went to voicemail. I messaged and nothing…then I tried again and he answered and said to go outside to a traffic light. We did and saw no such thing…it was terrible. I called him back and he said our flight was early and I should have noted a different time on the booking…I was like what? I just put in my flight number and they should be watching it. Whatever the case…our flight did land early but we got off the plane exactly when we were supposed to. This was simply bad service. I seriously think they should be more prepared. Finally, I told him we were going to just wait in the arrivals hall and sent him a picture of exactly where we were. A bit later he walked in the door and we walked with him (he walked so fast and clearly was being a jerk). We got in the car and he complained about traffic and again how I should note in the booking, trying to blame me for what I just don’t know…I gave them my flight number and date of arrival. Anyway…the drive to the hotel was fine…but this guy was just clearly having a bad day…my issue was that he was trying to blame me…what a jerk and terribly organized company. Very upset.

Driver Should be Fired!!!! Liability for Hughes! - Aweful and Horrifically Bad! Hired car service transfer from SYD to downtown Sydney. Driver met us grabbed one bag and ran off leaving us in his wake! Like we weren’t there?? He would not talk or make any small talk and felt like would have had better service from a cab driver, but I got to pay $100 for less service? He drove like an F1 driver and dumped us in front of hotel. Do NOT hire Hughes Limo services!!!
