SFO to SYD to Millers Point - Driver was great and reached out early enough to catch us before we departed SFO. Was patient and understood our arrival time had already moved 3 times. Reached out when we landed and coordinated where to meet, including photo of where he was standing. Awesome!

Meeting place - Abdul was not inside sirport by help desk in area A. The help desk person helped us get ahold of him. I expected Abdul to be in this area as indicated by Viator with a sign that had our last name on it early!!

Not worth it! - Not sure why the pick up was at A when flight arrives at B. Driver was late. Driver had a very unpleasant disposition. Opened the door and walked away without making sure I was able to access the vehicle as I was using a cane. Was not worth it. I expected a more personal service.
