Fantastic Lake Mountain Tour! - Terry was really great. There were only three of us in this tour plus a bit of a bad weather but he didn’t cancel the trip. He made the trip exciting, informative, and fun. Would definitely book another tour with Go West.

Jool is a great tour guide, this time very happy to play, although only one day trip, but jool is still very careful to take us, very good experience👍 - 5 minutes This time the ski trip was very happy the first time to see the snow joois guide was very helpful to take us to the falls and also help us to take photos, very happy, after the end there are small cards, it is very surprising, this day trip I have had the best day👍

Amazing trip! - I had an amazing time in this trip. Robbo was an amazing tour guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure the whole group enjoyed the trip and interacted so much with us. 100% would recommend him as a tour guide.

Snow Ball + Serene views + Sugar Rush - We chose the Lake Alpine Snow, Steavenson Falls, and Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery tour, and honestly, it was time and money very well spent! Even though this is a relatively new tour on Go West’s line-up, they knocked it out of the park.
Our tour guide, the legendary Bluey, was an absolute gem. Professional? Tick. Friendly? Double tick. Up for a chat about anything under the sun? Oh, absolutely. He made the entire experience feel like a fun day out with a mate who just happens to know all the best spots. Massive thanks to Bluey for being so warm and accommodating! Bluey really made our day!
Fun fact: my family and I were the only ones on the tour bus, yet somehow the energy stayed sky-high and the vibes were immaculate. It felt less like a tour and more like a private adventure, filled with laughter, stunning views, snowball moments, and sweet treats.
Go West, you’ve done it again—top-notch service, as always. We’ll be back for more!

Bluey made our day — Lake Mountain & Yarra tour was perfect - Went on a Go West tour today to Lake Mountain, Steavenson Falls, and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. Our guide Bluey was absolutely fantastic — super fun, thoughtful, and made sure we all had a great time. If you’re still deciding, just book it. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Amazing - Tom and Alisha were amazing tour guides! Thank you guys for your attentions. The tour definitely worth it.
Key highlights if you’ll take this tour:
- Visit to the Lake Mountain Ski Resort (Ski isn’t available there).
- Wear waterproof jacket, pants & boots
- Visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolatery (take a look into the chocolate degustation only for 4 bucks).
- Visit to the steavenson falls. Great views there!

Nice lake mountain trip - We have great day with Jools and Gumnut! We played with the snow, had a relaxing walk near the waterfall and visited the chocolate factory.
