This e-bike tour offers guidance and comprehensive assistance from a local escort/guide who oversees the route, stops, and support throughout the journey. Traveling along peaceful country roads, the tour reaches a breeding farm where participants can observe two native species up close: the magnificent Murgese horse and the Apulian black pig. The journey continues to a nearby cow farm with an on-site dairy, where an optional cheese tasting paired with a glass of wine is available and paid for locally.
